Thsi was not down to any individual it is down to the 100s on this type of board who rush over as soon as they see a share price increasing on the hope (sometimes false) that they will make a quick buck. Dont be so sensitive and enjoy the upward spike whilst it lasts.

Dont think thats the case. They are having ongoing discussions. One thing for sure, is that anyone shorting this share will start to be worrying. They will not want to close short positions if this was going to happen. There is nearly always a premium to closing price on these takeovers and mergers and you can guarantee that brokers are sharpening their pencils.
