Just seen your post from yesterday. Didnt see anything about it being a deletion. And as per wouldnt have it, if it says deletion thats fine. It didnt when I saw it lastnight. Normally deletions have a minus on them. But hey-ho I am not arguing about it. If you want to be right thats fine. I do not know it all, and have never professed to. Good luck

Has to have benefits, otherwise they would consider. At this price if it happens its cheap. You wouldnt think they would renew talks unless they were serious. No doubt tomorrow the brokers will be sharpening their pencils. A merger or takeover would likely create a FTSE 100 company which would enable it to benefit from FTSE 100 tracker inclusion and buying.

Depends on what happens whether its a take over or merger. If its merger you get say 6.5 dixons shares for every carphone warehouse (based on todays prices) depends if it is all shares. Depends if it is cash. Nobody knows. All guess work.
