Look at the spread. 21.25 to 22.25 now. Was 21.25 to 23p Yesterday it was 21.25 to 23.25. This does not promote "A" trades. So my suggestion is something is going on behind the scenes.

If the management have any price sensitive information, either preliminary takeover talks, info relating to future profits, or in "closed periods". They are not allowed to buy. Why didn't Not saying they are, but I for one was saying if not a problem at around 80p ( or so) why didn't they buy then Look where we are now.

could it be that the stock has been loaned out and they have been shorting and are now buying it back to repay. A company who " were in the know" could short the stock and regularly trade using algos and then buy back stock at lower prices. One day ( maybe ) The truth will be known.

You cant put all this down to Edelman. If there was no truth whatsoever the company would have come out kicking and fighting, Rather than like lame ducks. Edelman is to blame for some but, the compant and Brian must take the blame for most of it. Still waiting for that "inflection point".

Eddie21. Good luck with your strategy. I cant say Iam confident. I am nevertheless optimistic. There does seem to have been a lot of positivity ( not reflected in the sp ) Time will tell, am happy to belt up and be there for the ride.

Eddie21 you are asking a question there. Nobody, and I repeat nobody will have any idea whatsoever. Or at least with any certainty. This has been taken down in price at times with very little volumes. I would suspect that some people may have averages with more than 3 figures. The brave who have managed to get in at very low prices have the potential to make money even with the share at 30p plus. I am not brave ( or foolish enough ) to top up at these levels. I wont be selling, but I am not buying anymore either. And if it ever recovers I will not look back and say "I wish". I will be happy to recover some of my monies from this roller coaster ride. Or I mean a slide, a rollercaoster goes up as well as down.

Who knows, if they did try a low ball offer it might attract a higher offer. Simple fact its all speculation, speculation, speculation. If this company turns it around there will be a scramble for shares at well above the present level. If it doesnt. Well thats not something I want to consider.

I think you are living in cloud cuckoo land if you think people wouldnt vote in the event of a potential takeover, They might be apathetic in the event of normal voting but I dont believe they would be in this environmnt. I dont think it will happen, I think a certain Mike Lynch will be watching closely and that guy doesnt sell on the cheap.

Coathanger, Dead simple. Because its manipulated by MMS to be mid point. i.e. 23.5 to 24 spread. 23.75 trade. This means computer can not work it out as its mid way so is in black. Clever games. But nothing new.
