That's the way I am reading it, and although work in finances and know a bit about accounts I am not an accountant. I would suggest that if this company "really believes" that it has had a proper inflection point and it is making real rather than monopoly money then it would want the biggest broom possible to get rid of all of the crap and dead wood now. For that reason I still have hope. Perhaps Breian is a bit more intelligent than some on here give him credit for. Or perhaps I am just stupid. Time will tell. The jury is well and truly out.

Come on Horsey. You have to agree they are very good at spending money. Good job they raised all that money in the placing. Maybe they can give us some more crap in the future to get to £2 plus to raise some more. They are good as a chocolate fireguard. Although maybe not that good as at least you could eat the chocolate. Pensioner will be on later to tell us how good they are doing. Then maybe sobeit will give us a guest appearance. And to cap it all still waiting for Pinkers and his post and just to cap it all off a pig might fly.

Restructuring costs reduced from revenues ?? Restructuring costs are normally totally separate as an exceptional item. ?? So although an effect of restructuring could affect revenues it would not always be so. Closing branches might mean everything is being done from the other buildings they inhabit or inherited from the numerous pirchases. Don't know how restructuring costs could ever be taken from revenues. Restructuring costs could be anything from redundancies to paying up leases etc.

The company has already advised that they have closed numerous offices and reduced staff. These measures alone would lead to big cost savings. Lets hope that in 12 months time we are not asking the same questions. Brian really needs to be taken to task at the agm. Hopefully R.G and Tosca are the people to do that. Then again ( hopefully ) real profits. I have posted numerously on here on the companies ability to buy profitable companies and still not make a profit overall. Perhaps, and I do say perhaps, maybe they are clearing the decks of all the crap ready to make real profit.

In the past we have talked about world cups in America baseball etc etc. Nothing seems to be turning into profit. I ask the question again. How can we buy profit making businesses. I believe adkarma alone was making 2.4m and still be "loss making". If the price for adkarma has already been taken out of the losses and with the 4m or so for the expected 40m of cost savings this "should" produce a very healthy profitable business. But, we keep saying this. Hopefully all the writedowns and costs now out of the way. "time to make a profit please" !!

Have to agree. It is amazing how they buy companies which are supposedly profit making already and add it to eco-system we already have in place and we still cant make a profit. The board and the spin doctors need to shoulder the blame for the decline. Conversely they can take the credit if we eventually rise out of this abyss. Positive is they raised a lot of money at a very high share price and at least havent perpetually issued new shares at stupid prices.

The total trades this morning are approximately 20k. It is absolutely chickenfeed and so easy to manipulate. Unless the company provide a positive ( or negative ) update the share price can be affected easily.

Now, now gentlemen. Can understand horseys comment though, and have to admit if that's the best we can do then maybe we should stop posting. It isn't an English lesson. Teachers are paid to do that. Really does help the cause. ( not ) Best wishes.

There has been debate in the past about these reviews. There have been job losses recently and it only takes disgruntled ex employees to make comments to make it appear bad. Last time I looked ( and I haven't looked this time ) there were positives and negatives. There were also comments from the company. All I am interested in is an update that says we are making progress and profit. Anything at this stage is not good. If we see the former investors may start believing. If not the share price will stay in the doldrums. Come on blinky.

People must have come out of hibernation. Thanks BMAC for contacting Dan and even better that we have an answer. Its good to see that they are still approachable. One day. Maybe someday. Some positivity will be reflected in the share price. Can not see ( with what looks like progress ) how this cant feed into the share price one day.

There are a number of reasons why I don't feel that blinx will be taken out at any where near this price. One reason is the options that Brian has and the trigger point. My own feeling is that unless there are offerings on the table that make it attractive to him and other major shareholders, this will continue in the doldrums unless the company provides a positive update to take it back to a level where people want to invest. Rightly or wrongly people don't trust the company or the bod ( in my opinion ) and they need to prove a, they are squeaky clean and b, they actually make money. All the quantcast and comscore impressions pail into insignificance if they are not money making. That is the bottom line.

Non execs are not very often mega expensive. Not like a main board member. But hopefully, someone who can help the leadership. They need it. They can focus on getting the product right. She can focus on helping blinky emerge from this long dark murky tunnel

Doesn't make for trading. We need a blockbuster update, a takeover, or a miracle to get this share going again. There have been a number of positives, but, I just don't think the public believe the bod. I think people still believe some of the mutterings of the mad professor. Time for the bod and the company to prove they have eventually turned the corner. Even if these are just small steps it would be a start.

Its just when they are doing their end of the day balancing A price monitoring extension is activated when the matching process would have otherwise resulted in an execution price that is a pre-determined percentage above or below the price of the most recent automated execution today. The applicable percentage is set by reference to a security's Millennium Exchange sector. The highest price today was22.25. In the matching process at the end there was 23p. Even at 22.5 it would have been higher that the whole day. So they give an extension. This is more normal with stocks where there is a lot of trading. Spread again today has been very wide. Would be interested to see the price someone would have to pay for a large trade. Or would it go N.T.
