If they are repaid in full they are gone. If they are converted they are gone. Only way they will remain is if they are not repaid at maturity ( not enough cash ) Hopefully pox hub and other mining will ensure we will have more than enough. Remember with POX hub we could also have profitable outsourcing arrangements as well.

They get a fixed coupon each year if not converted beforehand they can be repaid at par ( the amount ) that they paid so no dilution. Hopefully pox hub delivers a big enough war chest to have the readies to repay them.

I didn't ask I f you had asked anything. I asked if you had listened as sometimes you hear if analysts or even shareholders who have registered say. Sometimes by the tone of the call you can get an impression of the confidence of the board. Just wanted to know if you had listened.

Why would the bondholders even think of converting when they are sitting on their nice coupon. They will be happy to take this money until maturity in my opinion. By then I would expect share price to be above the prevailing share price and if it is they might want to buy cheap shares to offload at a profit. Time will tell.

Go on line and look up Algo trades. It is easy to pile up either the bid or the offer side to control the price. There can be people who are "Playing" by either shorting ( hoping to buy back at a later stage ) or selling a large shareholding. It is easy for people to control this when volumes are low. When volumes increase it becomes much harded. This is just another step along the line. End of 2018 is when we should start to see the fruits of the efforts but even that will probably take another 12 months to have a major effect. Lets hope the bod see a way to produce some value in IRC.

This is where we need to be on target and profitable. This is a start a foundation and something to build on. Peter Pavel and their allies gave us the opportunity to keep skin in the game ( if we could afford it ) Now we need to continue the progress. Just heard that on E Bay they are selling miners lamps so we can see the light at the end of the tunnel a little bit quicker.

They might have this gold price hedged but, that is to ensure they complete the pox hub. If gold continues to rise nothing to stop them increasing production to benefit from this. The most important thing is to get POX hub up to full production. Once this is done and IRC are up to full capacity and the Amir bridge is completed then this is a whole new ball game. Off to sleep now.
