Correct that the bondholders applied a stranglehold 2015, but the banks hold a stranglehold on the day to day running of the company. This includes any expansion plans etc. I have said before lets wait and see what they propose, so that is my last comment on the situation until we know something concrete.

Always assuming ( and there is a lot of assuming ) that its to repay the bonds. They might be looking to refinance the bank debt to get out of the stranglehold the banks have over them. Lots of ifs buts and maybes. Nothing known. By us anyway. We can speculate all we want it might be better to wait and see what is proposed.

There has been a lot of suspicion about the new board. The terms of any new bond offering will give us an indication who they are working for. If the new bond means that they make more money but it helps the share price so smaller shareholders benefit I have no problem with that. But, We NEED to see what type of bond they are thinking of offering and what the proceeds are going to be used for. In a way it depends on the interest generated by the bookrunners.

No we are mostly American based but not listed there. When we finally get up and running properly and making " real profit " I see a listing on the Nasdaq. That is a long time away though. All my opinion.

Do you not think it would be prudent to wait and see what they come up with. I remember a RNS saying we were at the beck and call of the banks. Everyone assumes its to pay off bondholders. I will wait and see to find more clarity then will express an opinion. I also don't see it as a problem if they pay off bondholders and extend the term, as long as the terms are right. Time will tell.

Thanks for that. I will accept any positives on this as the forthcoming results and YuMe acquisition are crucial to stop this becoming some Ponzie scheme. I know this company has been re-built, and it seems to be taking shape exactly the way Brian said it would but, it is depressing to see the price at this levels.

I do thing you are being a bit unfair on the TU.It was like a small starter or appetiser before the real thing. I would be astounded if the real thing was anywhere near the same. I want and expect to hear more meant on the bone. I asked for an update from the company saying they knew no reason for share price decline, we got it, they were never going to go into chapter and verse. The company cant control the share price. Otherwise we would be at �33 and buying YuMe in shares. We are where we are , but it is time to show a "real profit". That will turn the tide.

Seen it on numerous occasions Alan Sugar took AMSTRAD private as he was so taken aback that the share price was so low. The share went down BEFORE this statement, Hopefully it reassures some. Last time we had a situation like this it was accompanied after by a profit warning. This time they say "they are on track". December 3rd does seem a long way away. But WELL DONE for at least releasing that statement.

So what would be your plans for paying off bondholders paying off banks and getting rid of the IRC guarantee ??

For once I agree with you. A simple message that they know reason for the drop in share price would be a response. Very close to update though so all will be revealed. Nearly at the half price sale from yearly high in old money. Bloody crazyt. My opinion only.

If you read the RNS they are going to do a bridging loan until we complete YuMe purchase. YuMe are making good money and have a cash balance so hopefully we can build a war chest with profit rather than having to raise from institutions and pi's.

I am in the same boat. At a higher buying price. I don't see the value in constantly posting negatively on a share I am invested in. If I thought the share price was going to �2 I would sell on Monday. I don't think it will go there and think there is much more chance of it going to �4 in short term than �2. Perhaps I am just deluded. I honestly think this company is in a better position now than it was when it was over �1 in old money. The old company in hindsight was going nowhere. This is a different animal I think. Time will tell.
