net new debt isn't over a billion if they pay back bank loans. And yes there is a slight difference in interest rate ( marginal ) but as uncertain says there I more wriggle room and you are not at the behest of the banks who have been controlling the finances, If you like scrolling down RNS scroll down to the one from Hambro between 2 and 3 years ago when he states that their hands are tied because the banks are controlling. You are wrong KenJ. The real debt doesn't increase if we pay back loans to banks. And how do you know interest payments are high ??? You don't know what the banks are charging. They are not a charity and bank finance can be very expensive and very restrictive.

For a good update in a couple of weeks then conclusion of Yu Me deal. That will remove uncertainty and allow Tosca to get back on the purchase trail back up to 30%. That then needs to be the end of the acquisition trail for a while whilst the company complestes the integration and starts increasing the cash pile again. No reason why this cant happen, but have to agree, quite depressing reading lately.

Nobodys depending the share price. The share price is a disgrace. Halfed in value since the peak of the PERK acquisition and close to a tenth of all time high. Company cant control share price. They are also in "closed period" because of results. They have issued a RNS saying no reason for share price drop. If there are more sellers than buyers, or a concerted "effort" to get share price down then it will drop. Quite depressing times as apart from share price they do seem to be getting their act together. I do hope they have sharpened their pencil and give us very positive forward guidance otherwise I cant see how we can stop this relentless drop. Will be interesting to hear details of how YuMe deal is going.

We all know who they are. A better way is to filter them so you don't see the content and continue to post as many positives as we can. If no one reads their rubbish they will get bored and move on. Eventually we will have our day but by then they will have served their own purpose and agenda and will have moved on anyway.

I could never see that happen. They want to get some value from IRC so they are not going to pay off their loans. Interestingly they aren't even giving us the info they used to. Maybe because they are not bothered about Hambros sprog.

Maybe just maybe the reason Hambro was ousted was he wanted to sell 51% of a fantastic potential asset. And maybe he was going to do that as his hands were tied. Maybe the new BOD wanted to keep 100% of the potential profit. More bloody maybes more speculation. Lets give this lot a chance. If not why are you invested. And you isn't aimed at any specific individuals.
