If this company raised $500m to put in an account to earn considerably less than what we are paying then we would be in big trouble. But, they are NOT.They have already indicated what they are going to do with it. Why don't people wait for clarity on the exact useage, As for starters we will either not get the full 500m after fees or we will get 500m but will have fees to pay. We need to know what those fees are.

uncertain, would you not rather see any dividends used to pay off debt ?? I am not against dividends but, I would really like to see the Pox hub up and running and us making loads of dosh before even considering dividends. If we ever get anywhere near to the market capitalisation we previously had, then of course it is a MUST. I didn't know I was going to have to go to English lessons. Whilst I am work I am often interrupted in postings I am making. Maybe POG are going to use the proceeds of the bonds to put into a swiss account paying them for the privelige just to keep it safe. Then our debt rises. I do suspect that wont happen. With the benefit of hindsight, and we didn't have that then, I cant see even if the POX hub were completed by third party that we would even be remotely close to being debt free. Of course that is pure speculation, but as I have alluded to before I prefer POG to be fully in control of the Pox hub and keep all the profits to ourselves with the additive of being able to process other peoples gold as long as there is good profit in it for ourselves. We just need it up and running. Interestingly IRC were commissioning a plant. Under Mr Hambro we used to get regular updates. Since the new people in charge very little from the company. They must nearly be at full capacity.

I think a lot of us on here believed Mr Hambro ( myself as well at times ) but we were believing a man who had gambled on the gold price, lost and lost the majority of his shares. So, he had a vested interest in trying to get back more skin in the game. We can only read and believe what we think. We don't know the "real reason" he was ousted. What we did know was he was quite happy to go and talk about things like "enterprise value" and transferring these back to shareholders. A lot of people have written off the new board of directors without giving them a fair chance. I have said on numerous occasions I am a bit sceptical, but I also think they need to be given a chance. Pogs reputation has been tarnished by the 5p rights issue. With the benefit of hindsight that should have been done when the share price was over �10. It was also ludicrous that they were paying dividends when there were clearly problems ahead. On this case I am with Kenj in the fact that I would prefer us to repay as much debt as possible before even remotely considering dividends. The Pox hub on the last update seemed to be on target and hopefully this will be the game changer for us. I also believe from looking back at previous information supplied by the company that we have a lot of untapped resources

As an addition to that ISTA I have to add the bondholders are much further up the gravy train in the event of any default. And the coupon isn't bad at all when you compare it with banks and building societies or Lawrence13s gem in Switzerland where you can pay them for keeping your money. If you were not convinced of POGS growth prospects and you thought 50% over 5 years wasn't achievable the same amount in a bond ( if you can buy one ) supposedly through Irish stock exchange would with compounding effect give more than 50% over 5 years with your money back on maturity.

That looks fantastic. Then you have a look further and it shows google has 62% and we have 3%. That puts it into perspective.

ISTA, I don't think its a major issue for people to stump up $500 dollars if they believe in the company. If we can get the pox hub up and running and then use the free cash that we are spending to get the POX hub up and running that should go along way to start repaying them. If the company gets it right I can see the potential for this company to get back to the market capitalisation of the past. We didn't have an up and running POX hub at that stage. Potentially exiting times ahead, as long as new board play fair. We do have other large shareholders in situ who I am sure will be in communication with the new board. Remember they backed them.

Kenj which is exactly why I have said from the start I want to see in clear English from the board what we are doing the money. All the speculation ( and that's what its is ) about the proceeds of the bond initially are silly until we know how much the bookrunners were paid to sell them. We need a net figure then we need to know what we are doing with it. Hopefully it will be clearer in a couple of weeks. As for you and your buddys comments about debt. They are from past RNS. We need to know the current figures which no doubt will have changed since last RNS. Anyway thats my last comment on this particular comment until I know facts.

Ignorance is astonishing ?? I post things the way I see it and do research on an ongoing basis. I disagreed with your post didn't give reasons in full as was busy but have given reasons. I am happy for people to post factual information which puts POG in a bad light as I have a sizeable holding here. As for not understanding language used. I speak English. I have a good grasp of English thank you. I have never asked you to explain things to me, I am quite capable of understanding things. I ask you a question. What is your day job ??? I have said all along I prefer the company to advise what the proceeds will be used for. They have given an outline but they haven't given figures. There is a lot of speculation which is as it is, Pure speculation. I want to hear what the company has to say, There has also been a lot of criticism of new board. But this is without any factual evidence. Again pure speculation. I hope with a main market listing there is an element of protection for investors and I for one have no problem with Renova making money if we can join them on the ride. As for rights issue I didn't think rights would go below 5p. I was WRONG. I also never though we would have a rights issue at that price, I was WRONG. I thought share price would rise significantly from the level. It has. But I think the share price if things go right could easily treble from these levels.
