I can see this getting up to the £3.70 which was used in the comparison for the new shares to be issued. It will be interesting when new shares are issued to see how desperate Tosca are to get back up to 29%.

I estimate that we have made about 0.75p since last year, so no great shakes. A very interesting year with hopefully more progress on the pox hub and the ousting of peter and stepping down of Pavel. Interesting times ahead especially with the change of some of the shareholders. I hope that 2018 sees us start to make some real progress. I share a thought for our friend Lawrence13 and hope that 2018 on the friends and family front get better. So heres hoping. All the best to you ALL.

Your post from about 8 posts back. ( I logged on without putting name in ) 1R have some $39m cash and a $100m loan facility.. They don't have the cash for an all cash offer at $5.25.... It would leave them in a serious cash crisis... Was the $100m a misprint ?? Or a mistake

The buyer looks to be the Sri Lankan investment company. Hopefully there aims align with our own. Or maybe some to these and some to Deutche bank. Whatever it is significant shift in major shareholders.

The deterioration in SP the meagre trading and the fact Edenbrook are now pushing for cash rather than trying to block it, suggests there is no company B and they are now cluthching at straws.

They have needed time to prepare it and ensure it is correct. They need to get it out as quick as possible in order for it to complete in quarter 4. Some people think the acquisition might not happen. This suggests it will as there doesn't seem anyone waiting in the wings. to stop it.

Just remember what Christmas is all about. Some people have recently lost loved ones, some people have loved ones who are ill. And some have memories of loved ones to whom Christmas was special. Lets all take some time and think of others. Happy Christmas to you ALL.

Edenbrook must be deluded if they think we would offer $5.25 in cash when the prevailing price is $3.60. I wonder how many more straws they can clutch.
