I cant believe we will have 1 bn of debt and a large cash balance because as others have alluded to that would be a massive increase in interest payments. New shareholder stated in his comments that we needed new long term financing to repay short term bank debt. Lets hope we have repaid most of the bank debt. It will be a disgrace if we haven't. But I cant see that happening. Hopefully we will have a lot more clarity tomorrow. Another update on pox hub would be good too.i

I totally agree we have a lot of gold in the ground that is waiting to be processed. Once the pox hub is up and running then we will hopefully have big profits. If the gold price went really high it might encourage them to mine more now.

I would imagine that would be for the future though, as we have an awful lot of gold hedged to ensure we get the pox hub filled. Any hedging now would be for future deliveries. I don't know how far forward we can hedge.

Reading what has been talked about for over 1 year it would seem to be quite a clever ploy by Tosca to buy YuMe which in turn will turn to RTHM1 shares anyway. Tosca have supposedly said they are quite happy for RTHM1 to acquire companies by issuing new shares as this allows them to increase their holding. I would expect share price to increase again once this has been concluded as I expect Tosca to go on the purchase trail again to go up towards their present percentage which will be reduced when the new shares are listed. This happened after the purchase of PERK.

A bit higher volume. Once this company gets itself sorted out and makes real profit, gets pox hub up and running and starts reducing debt then there is a lot of potential upside. Still well over a year away but, we just need to see some positive signs to get some interest.

As nvrgive up alludes to, gold price at the moment unless we are selling more than is hedged isn't the most important thing. What is important is getting the POX hub up and running. That should be the game changer as it brings another dimension to POG and also allows us to process other companies gold. This should all help in the debt reduction that is needed once this is up and running. Good news towards the end of this year once its up and running. ( Hopefully )

Its about 5 years since POG paid a dividend. Also dividend was paid when there were much less shares in issue. We have had rights issue since then. I would hazard a guess that it will be 2021 at earliest before dividends re-commence. We have some hefty borrowing that needs to be paid off.
