THIS IS THE NEXT PAYMENT DUE. Under the ICBC Facility, a payment of US$35.16m, including principal and interest, is due from K&S to ICBC on 20 June 2018. As previously announced, IRC, together with Petropavlovsk, have approached ICBC to request an amendment of the repayment schedule and to obtain waivers in respect of obligations to comply with certain financial covenants. IRC has also requested ICBC to waive the obligation to maintain certain cash deposits with ICBC. The negotiations with ICBC are continuing.

I think they will because the consequences are not worth thinking about. Too many people have too much to lose. First things first is the immediate payment that's due. Then re-negotiate the rest.

I also believe we have a lot of good backers and those same bondholders who were happy to take the loans away from the banks would be happy to help out with the loan ( if needed ) they would not risk there bond money for the sake of one payment. IRC needs to negotiate a plan whereby it generates enough money to pay this loan off and also make a profit.

Its no good blaming Ian Ashby about this. He wasn't in tenure when this was agreed. Hold on a minute ( while I just see if I can remember ) Oh it was Peter and Pavel helping out Peters Sprog. And some want them back. Pavel maybe because of his connections in Russia, but unfortunately I think Peter has partly caused us to be where we are now. I know some people have said he fought hard to give us "skin in the game" but he was the one who helped take the skin off initially with his gambling on the gold price and poor deals with bondholders.

I cant remember giving you grief. I can remember reading about Ted Hastings and Personally posting that I was not confident in him leading the company. If I gave you grief I apologise, BUT I GENUINELY can not remember that.

This isn't a knee jerk reaction, its been planned, otherwise they wouldn't have a ready made CEO ready to take over. Timings not great but, if the guy has the nous to take us to any level never mind the next it will be good. I never thought Ted Hastings was the man to take us to the next level and I openly posted this a while ago. His track record was not good. His job was to get the YuMe takeover over the line. Brain wanted the YuMe takeover but thought it was the "Wrong Time " now its down to Singer and Co to deliver.

Must agree I posted about my doubts about Ted from a very early stage after reading up about him. Personally I think he was out of his depth, but was used as the puppet to get the YuMe acqusisition through. Can never take this as a positive though and after Brian and now him we need someone to take this to the next level. At least they have stated they are on track, BUT, results put back a little.
