Hi Baggy,
I read a lot on here about the 'under valuing' of this company. I rarely see anything concrete in the RNS' that makes me think this is going to recover or exceed 1.75 any time soon. I will be delighted if and when it does - just can't see anything on the cards to say it will. I am not bashing the share, just giving my opinion.
Mick seems to be taking his time over things
I bought into this share last year and have watched the steady decline in the shareprice ever since. Does anyone hold out any hope it will ever recover (1.75)?
So it would appear.
Nowt from the FSG, nowt from the Yellow Jersey and Nowt from the few heavily invested posters pre-delisting.
Hi, I was in a company called Glenwick which converted to a cash shell and lloked for an opportunity to carry out a RTO. They failed.
Instead they invested the remaining cash in i3E shares which were distributed to the shareholders. The shares then de-listed and I have no idea what happened to them.
So this is my second time around. Hopefully with a more positive outcome.
Hello All,
I am not too proud to admit, I haven't got the foggiest idea on what is going on. I was in here before the de-listing with a modest holding (unlike a lot of people). I joined the FSG and tried to keep up to date on the court proceedings.
Unfortunately, I lost track ages ago. I do know my shares reside in an account outside of my ISA and are, all but symbolically worthless.
Can someone tell me in simple terms if there is any hope of them being worth anything and if so, what does it depend on?
I am well aware of the risks dealing in AIM stocks and have used FRR as a valuable lesson.
It has been sad to see the share price drift downwards (I know most shares on AIM do with no news). It has given rise to those people who vent their frustration by questioning the BoD and the value of the company. I for one am holding, waiting for my little acorn to grow.
All nighter - What's your name, What have you had? Reach for the lasers - safe as f***
The only problem I see here (based on my Glenwick experience), is the shares are de-listed under the terms of the 6 month rule and not suspended. Again - happy to corrected.
Thanks - I'll ask if we get to this scenario
Applegarth - I agree. It's like having a cash out option.
Does anyone know if the shares transferred out of your ISA on suspension are able to be be transferred back in id the 'horse' gets back up?
The i3E share price is below the 'offer' price that Glenwick bought them for. They haven't been anywhere near making back my investment in Glenwick but hey-ho :-)
Hopefully the involvement of some serious people will see this one come good. I find myself crossing my fingers which might not be the best investment strategy lol
Also, I'm not certain but I think if the company is suspended for a significant period after the 6 month limit to find and set up an investment, then your shares will be removed from your ISA (if that's how you have them invested). Happy to be corrected.
Having been burnt elsewhere with a company that turned into an investment vessel - Glenwick, I understand the reason people are selling. Glenwick disappeared without a trace having tried for the mandated 6 months to engineer an RTO. They invested the money left in the company in i3E shares and shared them between the existing shareholders. We ended up with a fraction of the value.
I am staying put. Why not? I've invested only as much as I am prepared to lose. If this pays off, then all well and good. If not this is my final lesson in contrarian investing lol.
I really think having HOPE on this 'project' would be a very bad thing. He pi55ed on everyone's chips in FRR.
I'd much prefer steady planning as opposed to smash and grab.
