To me it seems like a fund is shorting by dumping the stock. Looking to rattle investors and trigger stop losses. As others have cited, just ignore the noise if you’re an investor and come back in a few weeks/month.

I witness the same with cineworld. All the way down to 17p and topped up and hold an average of 35p.

Patience will be rewarded.

Just managed a top-up @ 202p via iWeb. Took a few attempts. A great investment at this price, IMO. The fundamentals are sound. There will be those who want to trade and that is entirely their prerogative and strategy which I respect. I'm happy to ignore any noise and remain invested.

Excellent news from Argo. A greener directive is the way to go which won’t just be more lucrative with less reliance on expensive energy sources, but also go a long way to meet green targets for funds who have set about obligations for clients and investors to reduce their carbon footprint and mitigate the swollen energy consumption of other crypto miners. Once Argo makes ftse250 and Nasdaq it will be snapped up by bigger institutions.

JP Morgan know exactly what they are doing. Expect further TR1s to come.

This latest was one via RNS was for threshold crossed or reached on 22/03/21.

I fully expect a further TR1 coming in the next day or so.

As you say, Casper, a 70-30 majority will likely accept it.

A little judgemental but it's also worth appreciating that the very demographic who takes on such loans have short term liquidity issues, ergo, if an immediate compensation scheme can release additional monies much sooner, it does logical that most will accept that.

Dear fellow Argo Blockchain investors, my advice to you regarding zorro is to be happy he is here. He is a notorious troll and poor day trader who has frequent a number of chat boards across LSE like Hammerson (HMSO) and Cineworld (CINE). Usually disruptive, bitter and claims to want a lower entry, he has a proven track record of being pretty hopeless investing or trading. He has by his own admission, invested on behalf of his daughter, into HMSO to then advise he exit at a loss. When the opportunity was there to buy HMSO at 15-16p he scoffed. It’s now 38-40p. When the opportunity was there to buy CINE at 17-35p he scoffed. It’s now at 118-122p. I’m not here to boast, as my profits are paper only at this stage, but I didn’t heed his advice at HMSO or CINE and maintained my holdings. I’ve been buying Argo since 33p, not quite as low as some but very happy with my position and average and expecting to see Argo continue to grow. Good luck and worry not about Zorro, take him for comedy value and an omen that this investment will do very well whilst he sits on the sidelines, again.

I also should add, Zorro has come on a number of BBs to trash talk. Cineworld, HMSO - I even recall him investing money in HMSO on behalf of his daughter and selling at a loss. If posters like him invested more time in doing due diligence, rather than being disruptive (as he has been on Argo Blockchain) he wouldn't be so bitter. C'est la vie'!

Hi Latpulldown, I've been reading your posts on HMSO. It's a wonderful thing, indeed. I'm looking forward to the second Enhanced Scrip Dividend. There is indeed a correlation with retail and leisure and I believe it's going to be a great spring and summer with footfall high, each other complementing one another. I'm just kicking myself for selling RTN (restaurant group) early but you cannot win them all. Good old tree shake, yesterday but pleased to see the fundamentals shining through and taking this back up.

Intrigued more about the smart hub business with pop-up services utilising car parks; they would also respect social distance as well, with the Deliveroo IPO coming, I can really see more start-up kitchens appearing in these allotments and Capital is well placed with REEF technologies to advance with this.

Waivers have been obtained on all facilities for Q1 2021 covenants and ongoing discussions for more relaxations puts me as a sharedholder at ease. Couple this with the 80% of net rents received for 2020 and £80m liqudidity, I don't see this at low to medium risk, let alone high-risk.

The market is doing the talking at the moment and with Hammerson moving in the right direction, the Chancellor giving his backing for retail/high-street and extended furlough, market makers are recongising value here.

I'm on the train to 150p+

Hey Chris - what a stonker of an update from Mr Hutchings (CEO) this morning.

- 80% of 2020 rent collected which is remarkable in light of the pandemic and lockdowns. This does make sense when you establish that Cap & Reg have a lot of exposure to supermarket who have been doing very well for essentials.

- £80m cash on the balance sheet with £60m available immedietely so more than sufficient liquidity

- Net Asset Value (NAV) share price of 150-158p based on current performance reveals this significantly oversold and due a rapid recovery. As I write this the share price is surging to 100p and totally expected.

- Emerging partnership with REEF technology to utilise idle car parks for smart mix use hubs which is going to be very lucrative. Think Amazon locker boxes for collection and other logistical tools and resources. ctric bike and scooter rental companies, on-demand aviation businesses and peer-to-peer car rentals. In addition micro fulfillment centers and is creating rideshare car buffering zones that reduce congestion, where drivers can also access services like car detailing and maintenance within the hub. A very shrewd move when you consider REEF are the largest parking operator in North America. I also understand pop-up kitchens will emerge - think Deliveroo or other logistics

- Residential project progressing. London Waltham Forest Council’s planning committee approved plans to demolish part of The Mall shopping centre in Walthamstow and build 538 new homes. Combine that with the commerical stores and you have a completely regenerated region of London which is going to be very lucrative.

I can see this going to 150p+ very quickly

The same - we really need some good news soon from our BoD on where their roadmap for 2021 is.
I'm holding as this has a lot of potential take off from here. I'm also a firm believer we will see 9p again as it tested that earlier.

Echo this. Well done to fellow investors. There were some great opportunities to buy cheap and 17p and 35p at the time were deemed illogical by the de-ramping squad but presented great dips to average down on.

I hate to be that guy to plug another share but I see the same with Amigo Loans. Many have taken positions at 6p and are aware that if things go well, particularly with heavy backers like Hargreaves and Landsdown who own 30% of the loan operator, it is poised to return to 200p+, all going we.

Anyway, back to Cineworld and onwards to 150p and 192p so the BoD can be rewarded for keeping the company going as we finally look to be leaving this pandemic.

A sizeable relief package like that will fuel inflation and in turn promote investors to hedge more with crypto/BTC.

I believe we are already seeing this take effect.

Tomorrow should see a continued increase in BTC.

Robinhood has increased its credit line so the expectation is they will permit BUYS as well as sells so yes, expecting this to open high.

The same! A 137% rise was too good to turn-up. I had to phone iWeb to release a lock on the share to allow the sale.
