Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
Not one digital fingerprint ever, Cobra. A record only matched with their revenue generating deals. No correlation I’m sure.
So the main question and concern for me at this stage is why have they been sitting on the Petrofac news for so long? Pegram herself states in the interview that they’ve been working with them for some time. So now that the “final partner” is in place just how far off a revenue deal? Why release the news now is you are close. I think you will understand my concern here is that this follows the usual NUOG behaviour of pump and place.
It’s clear the markets reaction was luke warm, so if the SPV news doesn’t materialise in short order, and now they’ve moved the SP above the .20 danger zone, we can be sure this is going one way only and that won’t be pretty.
As LT himself said this week it’s clear that June is going to pivotal to NUOGs history.
Tick tock
Totally agree, SBP. No matter how some of these jokers try to spin it this shows NUOG are nowhere near a revenue deal and are now on the comms offensive, SPV news overdue so a placing mustn’t be far off. The old tricks don’t work anymore. Where’s the £40m gone and what’s the result of all their other failed exploits? “That was when we were looking at marginal oil fields”, was it indeed, well forgive we for not get exciting about your latest flavour of the month endeavour and collaboration either then.
What a joke company.
I'm been watching events this week and keeping quiet. Agree with all the recent comments; another collaboration agreement is not "news", SPV overdue, increased comms welcome but the old tricks aren't working and in the absence of a deal it cannot be long before an inevitable placing. Revenue and how that flows to us in NUOG is as opaque and as far away as ever.
What a surprise. Tick tock.
How long until significant holders call time on this lot and face up to reality by calling an EGM. Until then they'll just keep releasing nonsense RNS that string long-suffering investors along intimating deals are "moving quickly" or "imminent".
Time to show them who really counts but it will take courage and moral fortitude. Any significant holder willing to step up?
In a word, Yes. Sam.
Rong, I agree with Starbucks, please can you ask Simon to explain #excitingtimes? Is Alison’s still busy at the coalface about the “imminent flow test” of GH? Also, does he plan to do any other rampy tweets or feed more lies to significant holders, designed to fill them with CONfidence anytime soon? Could you also remind him that I will happily attest to Minty telling me, along with others, at the AGM that a deal was 6 - 10 weeks away (I didn’t trade or pass anything on). Another lie of course, but then Seadog is on record for calling him a pathological liar.
I could go on but I’ll save it for the litigation.
Must be NUWS next week then I guess. Ho hum.
The GTW dream this side of yet another placing is fading for sure, as per the usual company MO of poor, incoherent comms to the market. If this ever gets to January 2020 AGM be riots.
Barry, FWIW I believe you’re an honest guy and likely believe your own postings could be onto something, however, I think you give the NUOG BOD far too much credit for their vision, creativity or deal making ability. Chances are they haven’t the foggiest what’s goal in with SHP at the minute, but if you email Simon to let him know he tweet something in a few days - he loves a good tenuous tweet to throw some scraps of hope to the PI faithful who still believe they’ll actually deliver something one day who they rely on as bank roll fodder.
Mcadder, has the penny dropped that there’s NUO NEWS coming in June either yet?
Unreal... and we were led to believe its was ADVFN that was prone to flights of fantasy and conjecture.
Back in reality, has NUOG broke up for the summer hols already?
Timbo, are you for real? A quick look at the facts; if you were comparing content/output from the two bulletin boards over the past 12 months then the more accurate reflection of reality and this POS company's performance would be ADVFN. From where I'm standing the majority of lies and misleading comments have emanated from this board.

Be careful, Starbuck. That's far too much logic and common sense, you'll be labelled a deramper. This company essentially mugged PIs in March yet again. I do have sympathy for the view of not slating your own investment but not when it essentially fails to acknowledge the fact that I there is no evidence anything was done for the benefit of NUOG shareholders.
We are three months down the line from that desperate raise and the disastrous OO, our illustrious deal maker Graham Scotton is in hiding and by all accounts the GTW target fields are proceeding with their original decom plans. Volume set to zero on Brazil, NF and anything else for that matter. Where has the money gone and with no confirmed SPV how far off are we to the next raise?
This isn't an investment I would recommend to my worst enemy, not one director has any real skin in the game, to be honest, I feel like I've been conned - it's got scandal written all over it.
totally agree, starbuck. all this talk of derampers with "agendas" when it's clear the agenda of most on here is to gloss over the shortcomings of this company, create the impression that news is just around the corner all whilst no doubt praying to be able to get out at anything above their average.
Of course, I'd love to get out above my average but I won't lure in newbies or create "evidence" of progress whilst waiting. The only thing that matters here is a deal and no amount of dubious "research" or articles that make no mention of MFDevCo will make any difference.
Is Graham Scotton in hiding?
I think that’s just quite a disturbed individual to be honest.
How many times does it need to be reminded that you can’t short a stock at these levels, unless you were perhaps market maker. The only thing driving this SP down is the company’s inability to get any revenue based deal over the line, it’s perilous financial situation and of course it’s lack of honesty and transparency. Everything else, including what is written on these boards is pure speculation and noise. #foolsparadise
Some absolutely delusional comments on here the past couple of days. Scum bags, Wombat? LOL, just LOL!
It’s just the same old routine with this company; talking a good game but no one willing to pu their money where their mouth is. Graham Scotton needs to come out of hiding and tell us what he’s up to. This is like a car crash in slow motion and despite what mcadder suggests I am very much invested, I just intend to sit back, cross my fingers and hope for the best.
Drumming up interest is one thing QT, however, let’s not forget they’ve just rinsed is all again for £350k, where’s the rest of the money gone and what have we got to show for it? Looks like we’re a GTW one trick pony now and i’m Just not buying the fact that companies like Siemens need an “overseer” in the form of MFDEVCO who have no track record and next to no money.
What an absolute mess, compounded by the fact they can’t be open and transparent.
