Our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with QuotedData's Edward Marten has just been released. Listen here.
Down and down and down she goes. Where she stops? We all know.
Rowan and Aitken have had to separately put out AIM Rule 17 notices to declare they have been in charge of companies that have gone bust. What are the chances for this one?
SInce Rowan took over AEG, the sp has fallen 96%.
The reason is because Rowan has done nothing to produce anything for sale to anybody at anytime in the future. This is a shadow company with nothing of value.
Rowan just scrambles around looking for the next way to draw his next £ million from this dog.
I feel sorry for people who have been pulled into this dog and the money lost for nothing.
Good to see the authorities are starting to view Greenwashing comments as worth investigation. Fingers crossed they will look at the nonsense Rowan has spouted the past few years and take him down. I look forward to seeing how the little lawyer boy gets out of making dubious comment about attributes of a product to raise money for himself and his cronies. Good to see a new crony has been appointed - Rowan true to form. Mate of yours Rowan?
Oh Alladin. When I said I feel sorry for people who have lost money on this share, that doesn't include you.
What complete contrived twaddle.
As if by magic, a person who had only made a dozen posts before turns up to justify the daily mess-ups of Rowan. What a crazily perfect coincidence for you Rowan - just days after getting clobbered at the AGM. I didn't realise it was OK to use AEG as a promo board.
Unbelievable front. Well done Rowan - you have surpassed yourself here with Pinky and Perky. A complete falsehood like almost everything else.
What was that Maverik? You were the Executuve Chairman? Yeah, right. I am Mother Theresa. Hold on, you said you invented CoalSwitch too. What a clever person you would be if what you said was true, which it isn't.
Wow, and I thought you were just that quiet little private investor pretending you knew nothing about AEG.
Check Maverick's early posts, they are hilarious - not quite the words of an Executive Chairman and inventor of CoalSwitch. ha ha.
Here goes with a couple of past posts of Maverick - "My fingers are crossed as well. Hoping beyond hope that this can actually perform at some point." and "Does anyone have any new information? It's a little too quiet."
Asking a message board about things when you are an ex Executuve Chairman and inventor of Coalswitch? Give us a break.
You are funny Rowan. I see you employed a someone who says they are a psychotherapist to help you through your day. Though to be fair, they are all the same person. Tell 'him' to be careful about who he talks to at your meetings.
Who owned Lumberton and was he employed by AEG, a company employed by AEG or any company involved with AEG? You know who it was. The move was nothing to do with feedstock.
What? Why would anyone ask you anything about Utah, Maverick?
You have only made 15 posts and at the start in 2019 was all newbie 'I am not used to message boards', 'I hope the company does well'. Ha ha , what a charade. Now you think you are the authority - my gazprom.
What inside information do you have Maverik that can "speak the happenings in Utah" ? Ha ha ha.
Seems to me that you have just said you are a current or past insider or, failing that, some sfb thinking they can give the ginger spiel to proper shareholders here on Rowan's behest.
Uncanny, but the way you asked people to direct quetions at you was just like Seattle those years ago when he asked people here to direct questions about the AEG directly to him. You will remember Maverick, won't you ;-)
Another thing. Why did you say you weren't at the meeting Aladdinsane? We spoke to each other there and you said how much you hated Dave at the time. Never forget who you speak to in passing, ha ha. True you were more an outsider standing with you back to the wall, but you were there alright.
He won't be available yet - he'll be wiping down the tables at the hotel and then spend the afternoon brushing the dandruff off Mikey's shoulders. Then off to the Parkside Grille for an overdone slice of Pork Pie followed by the Carlton for a bit of fun.
Remember those years ago when Seattle asked people on this board to address shareholder questions about the compay through him? He said he would be able to pass them on to the Board. That was such a weird thing for a so-called private investor to say.
ha ha, we have not forgotten Seattle. You never did answer the question about whether or not you are employed by AEG or any company related to AEG or one that has an interest in AEG. Can't think why you didn't answer those.
Seattle, please do answer the question from Blazer - you opinion is always so inciteful, not. ha ha.
Whilst you are at it, can you also explain why you and your alter egos didn't post in the run up to results being published. The cynic in me would say it was a closed period and you weren't be allowed to post. Why would that be? A private investor after all...
But of course that would be so cynical. ha ha. But then again, it was you that told this board about the 'delivery' of CoalSwitch one afternoon and well before the company had informed the market the next day.
You never did explain how you knew those details so well beforhand. ha ha.
Let me guess
You are right Computer99, there is nothing to be found on the Life Cycle Associates website about the 'analysis' that Rowan wants us to believe happened.
The only comment anywhere about the analysis is in the RNS provided by Rowan and his cronies.
Apparently, so says Rowan, there was a “Comprehensive Study” completed by The Life Cycle Associates.
Trouble is, there is nothing about it on the Life Cycle Associates website. Ha ha. So ‘comprehensive’ that the company who undertook the study can’t be bothered to publish their so-called results.
Ha ha ha.
Take a look at the Life Cycle Associates published offices in 884 Portola Road, Suite A11 Portola Valley. Just put '884 Portola Road, Suite A11 Portola Valley' into Google Search. The photos are hilarious:
The building is a shed-like thing we see in forests that is for use by school kids and the odd hiker. The kind of place with a Walls ice-cream sign outside that sells mugs with drawings on the local forest. Ha ha.
There is the ‘Parkside Grille’ and a chiropractor next door. Not much space for a world-renowned “independent business and environmental consultancy”. Ha ha ha. Priceless.
Rowan, how much do the Parkside Grille charge for a well done slice of Pork Pie? Ha ha.
This was just a dodgy statement about non-provable results of a non-provable study by a place that shacks up in the middle of a forest with a café and a chiropractor. Desperate Rowan, desperate.
The desperation to keep this non-producing company above 0.1 is hilarious.
The real good news is that the rampers are so clear to see. Last few days has seen a ‘oh so natural’ conversation between supposedly ‘two’ people with all the language associated with that type of baseless ramp. Ha ha.
Vacuous comments include:
‘Sales should start to flow now’
‘Yes you are absolutely right… once this is cleared which should be very soon the price will rise’.
Any idea when Rowan might talk about the company rather than ways to keep his current account busy without lifting a finger to do anything? Ha ha.
Been over a year. Recent RNS still talks about long lead times to get machinery together (like one did a year ago).
Just face it, this is going nowhere - ever.
Not Stiffle. He has done this before pretending he is against Rowan. He is supporter through and through, just look at the hundreds of posts he has made in support of Rowan. Not to mention his "19 year old" mate Bagga.
You are right though Magnet. All he and his alter egos have done is attack people who pointed out that Rowan was taking this company to oblivion. It was Rowan who moved to Lumberton don't forget. Even then it took him years of printing cash to pay himself to even get the contraption moved (never re-built of course). Stiffle supported that. He supported everything Rowan did. As did Seattle (where is he?). Come to that, where is Aladdin?
My favourite of his (and his alter egos) deranged attacks was to accuse me of being i) someone called Mark and then ii) someone called Dave. Neither are true. I am just a bs buster who can't stand little men like him pump up a share when it is obviously going to the dogs. Just because someone else sees that, doesn't mean they are the same person. That would be idiotic to think that. Oh well.
So Rowan takes over, takes the machinery to Lumberton, can't build in Lumberton so joins up with a firm in Maine, then can't produce in Maine because it is broken, then says he wants to build it so please pay him more, then turns out to be on the receiving end of litigation because whilst doing nothing in Lumberton for AEG he was still able to pollute the water course.
What kind of freak-show idiot is this "CEO" Rowan?
Anyone noted that great phrase from Rowan about the "lead time" to get components for his suppposed (it will never happen) build. He is already building in failure to go with all his other failures.
Anyone notice the change in the RNS from the announcement of the meeting and now?
Now it reads – ‘don’t turn up to the meeting at the posh hotel in Pimlico because I said so. Justmake sure you give me all of your voting rights. I have a track record of dodgy RNSs and pronouncements. You know it makes sense not to turn up but at the same time give me your voting rights.’
The Covid guidelines say nothing about not turning up to general meetings that have been arranged, yet you, Rowan, write “in light of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation…” as though you know all about it.
I remember Johnson saying there is no evidence to stop families moving off all across the country for Christmas.
Hey Rowan, are you a scientist now who knows more that the Govt. employed scientists and politicians making decision on those data?
Or are you just a chancer trying to take charge of all the votes of those shareholders you care nothing about? What is planned for the meeting that you want no one to turn up to?
It is not up to you to decide "due to Covid". The Ecclestone Hotel is aware of Covid and has many contingencies and policies to make it safe for their guests. Nothing to do with you Rowan, nothing at all. For those who want to attend and are concerend about Covid, Eccelstone Hotel publish their policy regarding Covid and guest safety on https://www.ecclestonsquarehotel.com/keeping-you-covid-19-safe/
The question is, why would Rowan want to convene the meeting at the Ecclestone Sq. Hotel when he wants no-one else is going to be there? Surely it makes sense to cancel the room and have the meeting online. Previous Govt. advice has been to postpone such meetings if Covid gets in the way. What is so special about Rowan and the hotel to stop him doing that?
Rowan, why are you not postponing the meeting at the Ecclestone Hotel on 29th December if you want no-one to be there?
Rowan, why are you not moving the meeting online so that as many shareholders as possible can attend and vote using their right to vote under the law? What are you up to?
Hiding behind Covid to take-over the meeting is the most pathetic thing done in all the years here. Pathetic, weaselly and cowardly.
Get a grip Mikey boy, your lackies and your lackies lackies are becoming embarrassing. All those newbies telling us to buy more. ha ha ha ha.
You have taken this company into the gutter. The SP is currently below the all-time low you took it to on 15th November 2019.
Two years after the all-time low the SP is now 50% below that and with billions more shares in operation.
There is no production unit anymore. Nothing is being produced. No orders have been met. Complete failure.
Now guess what? Your lackies are talking about consolidation out of the blue and now one is talking about a sale of Lumberton out of the blue. There were a new couple today - one even advised LTH to average down!!!
Do some seminars Rowan, tell them how to ramp properly. You are good at it, they aren't. We know how good you are on video. Even the ones you took down some people have kept.
Is the £3m not enough to keep the lights on? Can't print money anymore to lavish yourself?
If all else fails, start selling the only thing there is left. Get rid of Lumberton. The after that? The IP on CoalSwitch maybe?
Come on Rowan, you can do better than that. Two rampers and a neewbie suddenly talking about consolidation out of the blue? ha ha ha. When do you have in mind to announce Rowan? Christmas soon... You are funny Rowan.
You are funny too Seattle. Your non-commital double speak is almost legal in its deflection.
Highlights of Seattle’s last few posts
“ ‘In my opinion’ the US would value AEG at 1p not at the current 0.2p.”
“ ‘I think’ the game starts from here. “
“ ‘I believe’ today’s sale of 7,663,412 shares probably completes the order from the entity below. “
“ … ’it would appear’ that AEG is in a briefing paper that has gone to COP 26.”
How about this then?
It would appear, and, in my opinion, I think, that Rowan has delivered none of the promises he made at the time of the £7m funding in February. No-one really knows where the money has gone given the lack of production costs.
Let’s look at the evidence:
At the beginning of February 2021, and about the £7m fundraise, Mikey boy Rowan said:
"The Fundraise and the CLN Restructuring represent significant milestones for AEG and will allow… progress and accelerate… CoalSwitch™ and the Lumberton site.” IT DID NOT HAPPEN. NO COALSWITCH, NO LUMBERTON.
He went on:
“Construction work is underway to complete the commissioning of the up to 5tph reference plant and to fulfil our first order for the Coalswitch™ product to PacifiCorp.” THERE IS NO WORKING PLANT AND ONLY A FRACTION WAS DELIVERED.
“The principal focus is to develop the unique Lumberton opportunity and establish a significant production facility at the Site in North Carolina.” THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.
“We look forward to providing all stakeholders with regular updates within the coming weeks as we progress towards commercialising and producing AEG's next generation biomass products."
THERE HAS NOT BEEN AN OPERATIONAL UPDATE SINCE 16th SEPTEMBER when Mikey boy said he wanted to “re-establish production at the Ashland Facility as soon as practicable.”
The operational update before that was FOUR MONTHS AGO when Mikey boy told us the Ashland facility had failed.
STILL NOTHING IS WORKING.
Hey Rowan, how many ££ have you and your little BoD lackies taken out of this when it has been completely non-operational for months and why is there is no sign of fixing it?
Not forgetting Rowan's CV also records he has taken a company into liquidation before.
He always manages to pay himself and his crew of BoD lackies. Now another £3m to distribute in pay salaries and bonuses. The £7m from February didn't go far - it is not as if there were any operationg costs beyond Rowan and his mates' pay.
Any idea how much Rowan and his mates paid themselves last year? Can't seem to find any amounts published about his remuneration for over a year.
I wonder why he has chosen not to declare that.
Just to confirm you have just unleashed a tirade of invective and abuse about an ex-employee of AEG called Dave. Very brave of you Aladdwhoissoft.
Sniffler never repled to why he though it OK to post "Dave's" personal medical history on this board for all to see. I am sure that breaks various laws on privacy. What do you think Sniffler? Are you breaking the law for you friend Rowan?
I think you might have aproblem with Dave that you need sorting out. It is just going on and you need closure. I hope he knows who you are - you are linked to AEG after all. Then I hope he sues the living **** out of you.
Hey Stiffle.
What do you know that others don't about this share? Remember when you declared the delivery of the Coalswitch to Hunter the other month? You declared it the day before the official RNS was releasaed but didn't ever reposnd to accusations of being an insider. Are you an insider?
Today my little Stiffle, you have been commenting on sensing news tomorrow. Your sense was well before the tick up today.
Is that another case of you not being able to control your inside information? HA HA HA.
I have asked this so many times byt Stiffle never answers. We must presumne it is in the affirmative:
So Stiffler.
Are you, or have you ever been, an employee of AEG? Are you or have ever been, an employee of a company directly, or indirectly, involved with AEG or the promotion of AEG?#
Simple questions Stiffler. You can ramp the increase today if you want - 0.41p ramper. That is one of the lowest prices ever in the history of AEG. You know that but you are still ramping it up.
Why don't you say it is one of the lowest prices ever in the histroy of AEG? Go on, you accuse everyone of being someone they are not, just be a man and answer a question. Sad man. Thois pathetic one line posts this morning...
Do you think Dave Humphries knows you have posted his medical history on this board?
“Unless you think Rowan is going to run a pellet plant”. That was a classic there Stiffle.
Rowan couldn’t run a PUIAB. He has no care about any product because he only cares about money for himself.
Nothing interests him beyond plumping his puffed up gilet or his puffed up ego.
If anyone is worried that Rowan has done FA about anything in the past few months and that there is no deal, no US patent, no production, no working production plant, no lumber business, no word about the future or anything positive at all, then continue to worry.
Rowan and Aitken have form:
RNS January 2019:
“Michael Rowan, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, previously held the role of Chairman of Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ERT") which was listed on AIM until August 2016. ERT was placed into administration in July 2016 while Michael Rowan was still on the board. ERT was subsequently dissolved in October 2017.”
RNS September 2021:
“Active Energy announces the following disclosures in accordance with Rule 17… of the AIM Rules... Max Aitken was formerly a director of R1007 Limited at the time the company was placed into liquidation in October 2006.
This disclosure was omitted from the announcement of Max Aitken's appointment to the Board of Active Energy Group on 20 January 2020.
THIS DISCLOSURE WAS OMITTED FROM THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF MAX AITKEN’S APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF ACTIVE ENERGY GROUP ON 20 JANUARY 2020.
Max was also a director at Cramlington Renewable Energy Developments Hold Co Limited at the time that holding company was placed into administration in October 2020 and Speyside Renewable Energy Partnership Hold Co Limited at the time that holding company was placed into administration in October 2020.”
Both RNSs were AIM Rule announcements. In other words, Rowan was forced to make the announcements.
The first anyone here knew of Rowan’s past company failures was years after he should have declared it.
His friend and appointee, Aitken, should have declared his past company failures to us as the time of appointment. Rowan was responsible for that announcement to shareholders but seemingly kept it quiet.
Why would Rowan omit that sort of legal requirement?
So then, why would two people with past company failures on their directorship CVs want to keep those facts quiet until forced to declare them by regulatory rules?
This definitely is not a ha ha ha.
I've never called you a waiter before Stiffler. Making it up again are you? Why do you do that?
What would a waiter have to do with anything? Are you confusing me with other people who think you are a Rowan sycophant? Paid or not paid is the question. You are so desperate to protect your king. [Shh don't tell, he isn't a king!]
I have asked you in the past whether or not you work for AEG, for a company promoting AEG, for a company advising AEG, or any other company associated with AEG.
You have ALWAYS declined to answer. Why would that be? Clear the air, tell us all if you are employed by AEG or any associate of AEG. It will be cathartic ha ha ha.
AEG close to an all-time low again today. No product, no production, no orders, no anything. It is becoming a shell firm by default. ha ha ha.
Hi there Newbie. We haven't had one of those declaring their 'undying newbieness' for ages.
Back in January Baggie did the same sort of thing. He said: "I'm a young investor (19) and been watching this stock (and this chat) for a while." I cried over such a declaration. That is, cried with laughter that someone would think others might believe such C&B. Are you 20 yet Baggie? Ha ha. And all those "I added" posts you have made in the last 10 months. You must be down loads. And at 19!! N-n- n- not 19.
Good idea to keep away from a name starting with S. It is becoming a bit obvious.
I liked the bit when you said "my buys are showing as sells, typical."
Ha ha. Typical of what? Typical of last time you bought theses shares? You have just said you are a newbie ! Ha ha ha ha. How old are you? 18 or 19 like Baggie? Ha ha ha.
The reality is that the company has no production. All production units are unbuilt or have broken down. This has been the case for years.
The company has no orders. Nobody wants to buy the product. A boring little patent on a product that cannot be sold is worth nothing.
The only thing that matters is that the BoD can afford to pay themselves for doing nothing again as it has done for the past 5 years. The sp is near to an all time low, not that you would think it from the ramping.
Been reading some John Betjeman recetly. Love the one about Slough. Hope they dont hit the Post Office near by.
The company used to have lumber firm but closed it. The company has significant litigation against its past operations.
You said I was ‘Dave’ yesterday and that you knew the back-story about me and that I was a disgruntled ex-Director of AEG.
I asked you to explain.
Where is your answer Alladinsane to the questions I asked yesterday?
You said yesterday that you wanted to ‘out’ Dave (the ex-Director you accused me of being).
That is intent.
I challenged you to do it but you did not do it.
Why not? If you are so sure, just do it Alladinsane.
You said ‘he deserves it’ yesterday… Remember what you said?:
“I guess I might just have to ‘out’ him if he continues…. It’s mean but he deserves it!”
Put your actions where your mouth is and just do it.
On this board you have accused me a number of times of being this ex-Director called Dave who had a meltdown.
Go on Alladin, explain all. Please.
Which real person who worked for AEG do you think I am?
Why do you think it OK to talk on this board about the metal health problems this person has had?
Also, how do you know such personal information about this person who you think I am?
Was ‘Dave’ really a Director like you say he was?
Did ‘Dave’ really have mental health problems after working for the company like you say he did?
Does ‘Dave ’know you are talking about him on a message board without his permission?
Who employs you Alladdin?
Easy questions to answer. But you won’t answer any of them.
Ignore him PF. Rampers try to do this to people and wind them up.
They never respond to something like the point you made about Stifflet being making inaccuarate comments. That is because they can't challenge it. You are right. Rowan has made highly inaccurate RNS posts. They know nothing about shares or AIM companies on here. How could they they given thier type of employment?
Hey Alladin. You have said it now. Just do it. Go and 'out' Dave. It's not mean, it is right. You yourself said he deserves it. Be a man, give him what he deserves. You and Srifflet have both said he had a meltdown. Tell us all about that too, you both seem to know about so much that you even use the same word.
You have said enough not to matter any more. Just out him.
ha ha
The laughs get funnier. Thanks guys.
Stiffler: "New reactors and plc costs? Something similar happened this time last year."
Reality is there are no new reactors. There was no new reactor last year funded by AEG and there is no progress on the only AEG owned reactor in Lumberton. That is because the Lumberton reactor is in bits. It was Mikey boy who dismantled the only working reactor AEG had in Utah to rebuild it in NC. Rowan has failed to do that and it reamins in bits. That has not stopped Rowan producing loads of RNSs about wanting money to rebuild it. Stiffler you are right - he has been on the scrounge for the same thing for years. Result? No progress - poorly drafted excuses and contempt.
There has not been an AEG funded new reactor since Mikey boy became CEO. Stiffler knows that but chooses to give alternative facts.
You are right Stiffler. Just like last year. Rowan askes for more money to build a reactor an pays himself loads. No new reactor is built.
Rinse-and-repeat lifestyle boy.
What % of the cash burn will be used to pay BoD remuneration (including termination deals) do you reckon this year Stiffle?
What new reactor are you talking about Stiffler? Go on, tell us all where it will be. ha ha.
Another AIM Rule forced notification I see. This one is about Aitken (a respected person of Stiffle from past posts) who was in charge of 2 companies that were liquidated. That should have been notified to the market earlier.
Guess what? Mikey boy some years back had a forced AIM Rule RNS to say that he also had been in charge of a company that had gone into liquidation !!!!
These people are here for the ride. They produce nothing because they have no interest in producing anything. They care about taking investors money, spending it and then eventually closing the company down. They have history.
Anyone seen laddino?
Thanks for the laugh guys. Just a reminder what you said on Sunday to my post.
maqsood7 Sun 14:57
"Someone is worried with positive price action haha"
seattle Sun 15:52
"I agree and he will be so disappointed if the price is higher in a weeks time."
Funnily enough I am not worried and I won’t be disappointed. Ha ha. That's because this going nowehere.
AEG (Allgemeine Elektricitäts-Gesellschaft) make washing machines. Are we certain AEG (Active Energy Group) is not really the same company in disguise?
There is certainly a lot of ‘Rinse-and-Repeat’. Ha ha, ha.
Interesting void in the posts of rampers this week.
Nothing at all from Monday to Wednesday and then, as if by magic, four of the rampers names are posting before 8am on Thursday 2nd to ramp about the typically poor and hammy AEG RNS.
Why the void? Was there a moratorium on posting that week until the RNS was produced?
You remember what an awful mess the rampers got into when divulging the delivery of an order to Hunter on this board the day before the official RNS.
Who gave the order to maintain radio silence I wonder? One thing is for certain, the order was made.
As for the RNS itself. What a feeble attempt to show Mikey boy did something. Surely Mikey can’t think that would be enough to justify his pay for this year. It was pathetic.
These were not results by any stretch of the imagination. They were a few lines of basic commentary with a typically meaningless comment. The meaningless comments have presumably been written by a moron.
1) Comment: “CoalSwitchTM pellets were produced to industry standard size and met the initial hydrophobic tests set by the Pellet Fuels Institute”.
Missing scientific results: Details of the hydrophobic test and how AEG fared directly against industry standard.
2) Comment: “CoalSwitchTM pellets produced from Ashland had a bulk density of… - a substantial premium to existing white pellets”.
Missing scientific results: A direct comparison of density to those ‘existing white pellets’. Also missing was a scientific definition of substantial. Substantial is a nonsense word and in no way scientific unless defined.
3) Comment: “CoalSwitchTM pellets in the elemental analysis contained… - a significant improvement from white pellet.”
Missing scientific results: What is the meaning of significant? Is it a statistically significant reduction in carbon and CO2 over a range of samples? What p value was used? If it was, say so.
For statistical significance there would need to have been sufficient tests made. Rowan said this was the first analysis.
The use of ‘significant’ in this context is meaningless.
I can’t be bothered with the 4th meaningless so-called ‘result’.
All garbage as usual. Time for a pay rise Mikey boy? I wonder if it will be 'substantial' or 'significant'. Or will it be perhaps 'huge' or 'vast'? ha ha
