Whether glymabs are kept in the parent company or wisely as they have done and put them in a 100% owned subsidiary, cash will be needed to progress them, that’s not rocket science or a secret and should and would be obvious to all.

The fact they have separated them will make it easier and more attractive when the need arises as it will for prospective partners and purchases of the individual platforms.

Balerno The subsidiary will be 100% owned by scancell, there is no mention of a separate listing.

All value ascribed to the new subsidiary as well as income and stage payments will be reflected in scancells share price.

Balerno, how do you come to the conclusion that we would lose stage payments?
