In response to BSG4 i was not invested 10 years ago all i can look at it was is happening now. I feel results are good and the company appears to be focusing on ragged range (expansion is a good thing if they know its got merit) and Kapunda.

Gold potential in the overal market is huge especially with the ammount of government debt that is now out there secondary to QE.
Copper potential is huge as we build ourselves out of this mess
Uranium potential is huge as well quickly tackle the green emergency

All materials this company has shovels in.

I personally own 1.5mil shares in this company now
My Partner also owns 1mil shares.
So overall I have a significant interest with how this company does. I will be increasing my stake as i can over time because I am exciting about what I have read and seen.

I hate placings like the rest of all shareholders but as long as not too discounted and money raised will make material difference then i don't like them but will accept it. Miners all over the stock market regularly do placings and most recent discounted placing example was OMI.

My view on our dropping share price is that there is a seller keen to get rid of their shares at all cost, the most recent person we know reducing their stake was Paul Johnson. who last TR1 dropped to 2.99%. He is director of POW and i wouldn't be suprised if he wants to focus his resources there rather than here. Now hes quit thor before and rejoined because he too thinks theres potential here but he also does not like how THOR has treated share holders in the past including himself.

Thats my theory of whats going on.
Could also be a bit of MM background games.

because the use of the placing is likely to drive up value of the company.

they also have other sites which they are working on but particularly im interested in ragged range

so ragged range is close to GGP,
The most recent RNS has confirmed there are some good gold finds 2.2g/t was the best and we are still awaiting magnetic results which will suggest drill targets.
In sept there was a placing for 1mil and since then they have recieved a further 200k in royalty sell. They have recently announce expansion of ragged range and a copper field in kappunda.
They have paid for half of this with future shares at market value

TommyThedog, you make an interesting point, it does look oversold and reaction to recent market news was a surprise. I won't tell you what to do with your money but i will give you a heads up read through bsg4 past posts, hes got a few loose screws.

Initial payment of A$30,000 is not spending alot or quickly bsg4

Suggests to me that a discounted placing anytime soon unlikely. Why would you exercise now at market value unless you are confident in your company

watch from 10:50 a year old but explains why he bought back in and what features of the company's assests interested him. We are a year on and hopefully on the verge of doing what he had waited so long for.

Once seller is out then so will rocket another sale from end of day yesterday popped up. If we have a few more high volume days it won't take long!

placing is not unique to thor, i can name several mining companies which have done placings at discounted rates, OMI, UFO, Alba to name only just a few

the sudden drop off over the last 1hr looks suspicious low volume transaction of 100-400 shares per trade walking the price down, think its MM games

Overall i see this hitting 10p within the next 6-12 months so yes definitely a long term buy
Great buying volume today and i think we've sped up the exit of the seller that was there. So this will rise quickly over the rest of today and this week. Even more if the air magnetic results prove fruitful to giving target locations for further drilling. I am even more excited by the expansion and feel that would be very fruitful. Copper prices are rising and feel they have expanded here to capatilise on the growth.

Overall many exciting sites but i want more focus on this one as the results are very promising!

Made a decent profit for myself and my GF so wouldn't be down on MP.
