Gkb47 think that's a bit unfair dig, Mr P had clear reasoning and summarised our assets nicely, better than I have tbh although maybe a little more optimistic with valuations.

He's on the OMI boards, hopefully still invested here too but each member to their own I'm sure he'll pop back once we get some activity again.

Yep I agree, I feel we are approaching end stage of surveying here at Thor and think target drill sites are soon to be announced.

I would say taking longer than they initial suggested but if they says drill targets found and application sent for initial drilling well boys and girls that's when the fireworks begin. Market taking it down while it still can before the next leg up.

Well either way there are buyers at this price. That 2mil trade at 0.92 must have been a buy couldn't sell over 0.91 at the time.

It was yesterday but looking at MTR they have just invested significantly in another company so it appears they just wanted to free up funds. Now it still looks like someone is selling a significant ammount so maybe they are attempting to recoup the initial investment they put in with the placing in sept. They made 50% profit on that placing already at current prices.

7am trade at 1p must be a buy... I've never seen stock traded that early in the morning. Seen the late trades but who's paying that much higher than yesterday average of 0.92/0.93 first thing this morning...

Same, Metal tiger still have 12.5mil of warrents to exercise at 1p so even if they sell now im sure they will be back if share price pops up. Again looking at all previous RNS and where exercise prices have been set it screams confidence regarding this share

jaguarflush, yeah I think THOR (Thr) potential is looking good, not calling it the next GGP but definitely I think we have our potential for a significant rise from such a low base currently just shy of a penny

I also find it interesting that they are able to convince sellers of land to take shares instead of cash again they must be confident their share value will soon rise based on the information they have to at the moment.

Acquisition Terms

Thor have executed a non-binding Term Sheet with Redstone Metals Pty Ltd and associated parties to acquire a 100% interest in each of E46/1340, and E46/1354 (under application). Acquisition consideration comprises:

· Initial Consideration

§ 12.5 million ordinary shares in Thor;

§ 8.333 million options to acquire Thor shares @ A$ 3.0cents, expiring 10 November 2022

So paying attention to the small print, option to acquire shares at A$3.0 cents this company in Australia are trading at $A1.9Cents so they expect to at nearly double in value before november 2022.
