Unless there is further news being leaked, the sp will drop from the current high, as it is a traders share at the moment.
As I am not a trader, I am quite happy to ride the ups and downs of this share, in the confidence that the company will either follow through to profit via its technology/systems directly, or sell the IP and patents to a third party. Whichever route they take, I am sure that I will profit from my investment.
This share is so far under the radar, that you wonder is a thick seam of gold, and a several Cullinan size diamonds were found, the SP would still not move.
I appreciate that when (not if) tin and the other metals mentioned start leaving the mine, the SP will zoom upward, so not worried, just somewhat puzzled, as surely now is the time to get into this share.
If I had a few quid spare, I would be increasing my current holding.
Good post deckchair66,
There is/was a group of NNN shareholders that were looking to go down this route, but as only having a very small number of NNN shares, I did not want to risk throwing good money, after bad. I think, they were looking at a few hundred quid to join the group
Hopefully, this group did get enough investors to sign up, and any future court action is successful.
One of the best lessons, regarding the behavior of board members is, if the company is on AIM, they can probably get away with almost anything.
As for the FCA, they are as a watchdog, as useful as a Rottweiler with no teeth.
The Syrup,
Fully agree what you say, but surely there is a rule/law somewhere that says shareholders can't just be written off this way, otherwise whats to stop other companies doing exactly the same, then coming back as a private company.
The phrase, 'It stinks to high heaven' looks to be very apt.
As I understand it, a company can't just de-list and then go private if part or all of it still has any valuer, as shareholders are shareholders in the company and are therefore entitled to a share of the companies value, even if that value is only from any assets either current to the de-listing date or/and on total winding up of that company.
Mind you, nothing would surprise me on the AIM market.
And You.
Ritz,
As I understand it, it's all down to any government dept being utterly broken
1 Companies house appears to be late in any updates (probably all working (sic) from home.
2 The FCA no longer appear to even acknowledge any complains (made 2) also working (sic) from home.
3 Re change of address, presumably they don't have to give a reason because who in any gov dept cares.
4 Yes, as far as I know, still going under, but can't confirm as again, no gov dept appears to care.
Wish i could give a more detailed reply, but the country no longer works for, or cares about private investors.
regards Rooky
Hi Jimmyman,
I appreciate that you have not engaged for weeks, and that it can be difficult not to post putting people right by a balanced post. My post was from the frustration caused, as this thread used to be a grown up one, but for years now contains a playground mentality by many.
Keep posting your informative and balanced post perhaps without directly answering the playgroup members.
Killjoy,
"I have no idea why people engage with these idiots".
I often wonder myself, as to engage, only serves 2 purposes.
1 It stokes the fire that keeps these people posting. ( don't fuel the fire, it will eventually go out).
2 Responding spoils the thread, almost as must as the posters actual posts.
Oogleflugal,
With the small number of trades daily, it shows the company is well below investors radar.
I am sure that if the company continues making progress as is it's current form, this will soon alter.
Since my last post, there has been 11 posts, all with the message, 'This message has been filtered'.
A suggestion to all......If any poster continues to wind you up, try the ignore button, it's bliss, plus it makes this thread a far better read.
Even if you put someone on ignore for 1 week, you can always un-ignore them if you find that you miss them that much!
Over the last year, I have read at least 2 reports where green issues have been written into planning applications/grants regarding machinery and plant used on construction locations. Conditions such as these, will fast become the norm.
Gmarchy, being in the industry, presumably you have seen and read far more similar articles than I.
I admit that I don't have much of a clue whether this agreement is good or not for PHE, but I think that anything that moves us towards a fully up and running DMG can only be good.
No doubt someone with far better understanding of financials can expand.
Will be very interesting to see where the sp will be by the end of this year.
I expect orders to start to flow at quite a fast rate from June onward, perhaps even earlier.
I can find nothing negative in today's RNS, but no doubt someone will, but i doubt I will see these posts as I have so many on ignore.
