Ah, that explains it.
Thanks both.

Am I missing something between the two markets ?
3.11 USD on the Nasdaq, which equates to roughly £2.45.
Yet, only £1.15 on Aim ?
And what point are you trying to make by that assumption ?
For someone with a selective memory.
From the Align Research note on the 25th May
More than a ten bagger from 0.675p to 7.23p as an initial target reaffirmed.
______
"We initiated coverage in April 2020 when the stock was trading at 0.525p with an initial target price of 7.23p and a Conviction Buy stance.
At that stage were excited that Pathfinder was at an enviable position of being on the cusp of a journey which could create material shareholder value.
Now with the stock at 0.675p, we are more than happy to reaffirm our positive stance."
______
And what was the forecast by Align ?
Oh, yes, ten times the current share price, which they reiterated a week ago.
Buffoon.
Time for team 'deramp' to F.O. then.
Align are forecasting more than a ten bagger, so why don't you contact them and suggest they're ramping.
New major investors with a successful track record in the sector, an RNS stating they're in the best position they've been in for years, so no surprise investors are upbeat.
And all you can come up with is a 'rampers' label.
Others like to enjoy positive developments in their investment, you miserable old goat.
.... and I'm guessing that Klaus Eckhof didn't throw £100k at PFP just over a week ago, for a small return.
:o)
Nobody is going to be upset by a ten bagger +++
:o)
Correction, should be $621 Million.
The final sentence, for me, suggests the reason for Klaus Eckhof having just thrown his £100k investment in PFP.
But if he knows there's a clear pathway to the £621 Million, even better ! :o)
_______
Dennis Edmonds, Chairman, commented:
"With a new Chief Executive Officer appointed during 2020 and fundraises during the first half of 2021, Pathfinder is in the strongest position it has been in for several years to recover value through a substantial claim against the government of Mozambique under the Mozambique-United Kingdom Bilateral Investment Treaty.
With estimated losses in connection with the diversion of its Licence, including lost profits, exceeding US$621 million, a legal opinion from Counsel in the Company's favour, and the means to progress a claim to the point of securing third-party litigation funding, the opportunity for Pathfinder is clear.
Pathfinder has also broadened its horizon to actively consider exploring additional opportunities in advance of, in parallel with, or subsequent to, a resolution of the expropriation."

And with Klaus's CV, his AJN connection to the NED of PFP (no doubt one of many connections he'll have), him appointing two senior Chinese figures over at AJN.
_____
AJN RESOURCES INC. (CSE: AJN) (Frankfurt: 5AT) Announces Appointment of New Director
Vancouver, BC, April 21, 2020 – AJN Resources Inc. (CSE: AJN) (Frankfurt: 5AT) (“AJN”) is pleased to announce the appointment Mr. Sik Lap (Jacky) Chan to the Board of Directors and Mr. King Sun (Jerry) Tsang as Financial Manager.
_____
They're both from Hong Kong, both have Chinese connections, and Sik Lap is also MD of Amani Gold, and Klaus Ehkof was MD of Amani years before. TZM are also Chinese, so who knows if there's some form of relationship or knowledge there too. There's plenty of opportunity for any of them knowing what's emerging in the background.
So, for those reasons, I see him as more than just a serious private investor.

Mr. Eckhof is a geologist with more than 20 years of experience developing mineral deposits throughout the globe including Africa. Mr. Eckhof worked for Mount Edon Gold Mines Ltd as Business Development Manager before it was acquired by Canadian mining company Teck.
In 1994, he founded Spinifex Gold Ltd and Lafayette Mining Ltd, both of which successfully delineated gold and base metal deposits.
In late 2003, Mr. Eckhof founded Moto Goldmines which acquired the Moto Gold Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. There, Mr. Eckhof and his team delineated more than 20 million ounces of gold and delivered a feasibility study within four years from the commencement of exploration. Moto Goldmines was subsequently acquired by Randgold Resources who poured first gold in September 2013. (600,000 ozs per year producer).
Mr Eckhof was also the former Executive Chairman of AVZ Minerals Ltd. AVZ is a mineral exploration company focused on developing the Manono Project,
potentially one of the world's largest lithium-rich LCT (lithium, caesium, tantalum) pegmatite deposits. Manono is located in the south of the DRC in central Africa.

It was purely as an acknowledgement of the reference to TZM in the RNS from PFP on the 11th December.
------
The Company has become aware that the title holder for mining concession 4623C (with which mining concession 760C was amalgamated in 2011) (the "Licence"), as specified on the Mozambique Mining Cadastre Portal, has now changed from Pathfinder Moçambique S.A. to TZM Resources S.A. ("TZM"). TZM has no connection to the Company. All other details relating to the Licence on the cadastre remain unchanged.
______
The positive from todays announcement for me is that this question mark would already be known by Klaus Eckhof prior to him throwing £100k at PFP and despite him being a multi-millionaire, I'm confident he wouldn't be in the habit of spending £100k out of boredom, which implies, for me at least, that either he has a greater understanding of a positive outcome or has some knowledge of a new, maybe unrelated, project that would provide a healthy return on his investment.
Yes, it's old news and was referred to in the RNS on the 11th of December.
Good spot Dip on the AJN connection.

About AJN Resources Inc.
The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Salt Wells Lithium Project (the "Property") in Churchill County, Nevada, USA, subject to a 4.5% net smelter returns royalty. The Company's business objective is to explore for lithium mineralization on the Property. AJN's management and directors possess over 75 years of collective industry experience and have been very successful from exploration, to financing, to developing major mines throughout the world.
And he's just thrown £100k at PFP, valued at £4 Million, which is less than a start up cash shell.
Why now ?
Interesting his Lithium experience too.

Interesting that Klaus Eckhof has just thrown £100k into the ring.
Wonder if that's just the start of his intended investment level in PFP and what he must know that has convinced him that he'll get a big bang for his buck.

It does read well.

Many here will be 99% sure Gordon, but the wider market won't be.
Any price action behaviour on the announcement will determine whether that's the case.
