Peterhouse as the then Bids broker would go through a process with the senior Bids team.
They would have hosted/held many meetings and would have relied on the Bids board and CFO to deliver a forecast and then demonstrate that the forecast was achievable and not pure fantasy.

The £5.75m was a Bids driven number agreed with Peterhouse.

The Peterhouse write up end 2018 forecast as follows:-
- H1 £1.75m (actual £26k)
- H2 £4.1m
- Full year £5.75m

These are the only numbers I have ever seen delivered formally...

My understanding was that the plan for the Advisory Board was for them to meet as a team/group but yet to do so I gather.

Any company that has been listed for just 15 months and is around three years in existence and yet to prove revenue generation can hardly be talked about in billions.....
I prefer to stay grounded and focus on getting the share price back to the 25p level by year end.

This is a share for 2020 and maybe even 2021.
It takes time to build a significant and successful business.

The DSP would charge its fees to the brands wishing to advertise?
Either way, I would be happy with 33%, but it sounds a touch high.

I haven't seen anything to suggest the DAN integration is even live yet, and nothing to suggest they may deliver £6m.
Bear in mind that should they deliver £6m but are not live delivering ads then the £6m is no more than a pre-payment and would sit on the balance sheet.
It could not be considered revenue....

Clearly some of these ads are delivered by/through Bids.....

Anyone got an idea of the:-
- revenue split between publisher and Bids?
- CPM rate being charged by Bids?

No point receiving £10m in ad revenues if the deal is to keep maybe £2m?

Shares are being mopped up as there is still a buyer of over 200,000 shares at 16.93

It would certainly be interesting to obtain a list of any short selling that has taken place in Bids....
That would be great information.
I love the idea of understanding (as an example) that there are 2mn shares listed as sold short as that tells me that 2mn shares have to be purchased in the coming months to close said positions.
My personal view would be that very few people and very few shares have actually been sold short?

Just looked at older versions of FM.

FM20: 30,000 players right now
FM19: 30,000 players right now
FM18 7,000 players right now
FM17: 3,000 players right now.

FM19: year average was 40,000 players.

We can therefore assume ~20% of players continue playing the older titles 2 years after launch and 10% play 3 years after launch.

What’s the implication? Recurring revenues for older titles.

FM19 will be worth £20m inventory in 2020 and £10m in 2021.

All that whilst you have FM20 generating potential revenues of +£90m in 2020.

FM18 generating potential of £10m in 2020.

Total inventory of +£130m in 2020 assuming no growth in players for FM alone.
