Hi Jilson,
I have the shareholder register and it clearly states that James Draper added 72,500 shares.
I have no more detail other than the Bloomberg pages as screen shots.

Latest Bloomberg shareholder register shows Draper has bought 72,000 shares and Simon Mitchell founding CCO bought 200,000.
Register dated 16th december 2019.

You sound a man extremely frustrated and emotionally upset and who can blame you given the fall from 40p to 10p.
My take is the share price ran away too quickly and far too high so was always going to retreat from the crazy high of 40p and £100m valuation.
That said, if they prove revenue generation and month on month growing revenues then 10p is now too low.

I am a big supporter of the opportunity and the company, but we are waiting on news now. That news will define a number of things:-
- The share price movement up, flat or down
- Revenue clarification and is the company growing revenues
- That next Publisher signed

Unless we get an RNS tomorrow I would expect the share price to drift a little on low volume.

And to add, I cannot see how or why Agency x stopping at £10m should they and there customer be pleased with said campaign/s.... They would bat on...

Im my opinion, the £10m is purely in the contract to de-risk Agency x, but is not a maximum spend.

johnnybgood, I cannot see revenue in 2019 being anywhere close to 50% of target.
I have previously suggested maybe £150k to £200k as JD has alluded to test revenue making up the numbers for 2nd half.
All about 2020 now and we have to wait to see whether the company has moved from 'testing spend' to invoicing for the value and impressions delivered?

I agree tredcareful. No idea why people are holding if they do not believe in the company, it's business and the board.... My advice would be to sell and move on....

Just an opinion, but I have seen the list of significant brands and in there numbers as listed by Luke and MGXYZ and others... These have been seen in both FM20 and Grid I believe. (Happy to be corrected)... But what if signed agency have been testing for the last couple of months on a 'test spend' (JD's words... not mine) and thus got to signature?
That may actually mean they are ready to spend???

I am sure a recent survey delivered the view that native in-game advertising was well received by gamers as the whole experience became more life like.
Let's be honest, anyone who has been to a live football match is used to seeing the adverts around the pitch and in and around the stadium, so playing a stadia game with no adverts is not normal.
