You only have to watch the pipe laying on Youtube and within days of the trenches dug the pipes are in and filled over and the land is back for nature to recover which for the most part over open land does so within a year.

When you buy a house you have the survey done first. If you bought 34 km of land (which they have done) without doing the survey first then that would be madness and I don't believe for one second that this survey is not already completed.
