Crusty you accuse me of doing exactly what you do yourself. Do you really expect no response?
"And that from the person that always used to tell us not to speculate on second guessing the BoD but to take what the BoD tell the shareholders at face value as they are the people that most know what is going on."
Just think about that coming from yourself who for years has continually second guessed what was going on despite the boards reassurances. To make that accusation against me is a bit hypocritical don't you think when all of a sudden now you can see a negative connotation you wish to use the boards word as being gospel 🤔
I made it very clear it was my opinion based on logic both on here and in private to you. I've asked the questions which nobody has answered. Which of you would buy a property without doing the survey first?
We are talking 34 km of expensive land and compensation paid here, and most probably 200 meters wide. Does anybody really think a land survey was not done?
Let's see what you quoted of me "RJ, you state that " I don't believe for one second that this survey is not already completed."
I certainly did because that is what I think most logical, but note 'Survey' v 'Study'
Personally I would see a survey as a way of finding out what problems and issues may be faced, and, on a land purchase this size, I'd expect it to take months, if not a year or more. The results of which would then be studied to see how they can overcome those problems. Once the results of the study are written which is the part of the process I second guess is taking place at the moment, then those wishing to tender will know the requirements they need to meet.
All I have done is to break down the process into its parts.
In private you agreed with me that it is just a process. I am just lost as to why on here you appear to be taking a different view.
In reality it will come when it comes and right now given the wealth of publicity out there, there is no reason for anybody to suspect and create fear over the tender process being released in July as stated.
Even if it was delayed a further month; compared to the last seven years what difference would it make. I suggest buggarall difference.
