JS it could have been better but the text in the RNS fully indicates a discovery and its intent to commercialise it.

Why they were remiss to use the word Discovery within it, I could not tell you, all I can say is they have since confirmed it is a discovery and they intend to commercialise it. They just haven't provided the data behind it yet, but they do appear to have it as I quoted Lorna in the last hour or so.

What we do know from past presentations and interviews over the last couple of years is that there were off takers/people in the wings. I'm not saying this might be the case, but what if one of these so called people had asked for non disclosure for geo political and or business reasons to allow them time to get ahead on any negotiations? You can be sure that both the US and Chinese maybe more governments will be all over this if it is such a big find and of course Tanzania itself will want the best for its country.

I'm just thinking outside the box there, but NDAs are what big business does regularly. I may be a million miles away but it is a thought. Countries do go to war over resources and where it is not about religion it is about resources!

I cant answer exactly how an OFF Take agreement would be, but if the off taker guaranteed his supply long term, then he would receive the profits he generates for the term of the agreement. The loan repayments being paid off at an agreed rate from the sales as the Helium is extracted. In my view, that way there would be no need for a fee or continued payments. Once the loan is repaid then the full sale price is retained by HeliumOne. Everybody Happy!

That is the deal I would be pushing for anyway and that is certainly the model that Sean at Noble was putting forward as his supported model.

If it has been stated publically in writing and orally that it is a discovery so that is what it is. You do know Nomads have to approve these things because of market sensitivity

I doubt there is anybody on here unaware that we need more information for it to take off but this constant denial being spread is unreasonable.

It is a "Discovery" as for commercialisation, we don't yet know to what extent, but they have the data and clearly state they need time to analyse what is clearly a unique well. Surely we can all sit back and wait for that further information without being in denial

I am comfortable with the either of those options but the option I do want to see them discuss is the potential of an OFF-Taker funding the commercialisation and equipment from here via a loan arrangement as per that model that appears to be on the cards for Noble.

What could be better than repayments deducted from sales of the recovered gases

I cannot believe that such like would not be in discussions with Lorna in recent days and coming weeks.

Lorna has to get to commercialisation quickly in the most cost efficient manner and she strikes me that it is just what she is going to do.

If she has the supply then she is in a strong negotiating position with a world desperate for the resource

Skippy as Lorna indicated they may do extended well tests at Itumbula, or they may return to Tai3 or crucially she said they may go with "one of other options" which were not disclosed.

To prove my point of the expert rig driller who does not know a thing about what reverse circulation means. He is clearly a fake and nothing more than a trader who has spent all his working life pushing a pen.

'Flowed freely' nah, nah, nah, let's not be misleading here fella. Nowhere in the RNS or in the interview is the word 'Freely' used. So refrain from posting disinformation. The RNS clearly stats that 4.7% was achieved via reverse circulation, that's the opposite to 'Flowing freely'. All 3 samples were fluid samples. Not a single word ushered in regards to quality of flow

My brackets to emphasise to the expert rig man what RC is used for. It is NOT as he had previously said over recent days (in an attempt to deny free flowing Helium) to artificially bring the gas to surface all, it is to clean up the well. I emphasise "AS WELL" as it was said in the context that HeliumOne has two sources of the gas.

It have an carrier source such as water but they have hit an 80° geothermal hotspot and that heat depressurises and releases Helium (Like a boiling kettle releases steam) hence once once the hole was clear, free flowing Helium up to 4.7% could measured throughout the well with the higher concentrations seen as it became less under pressure. Important to note that hey did not need to perforate as the Helium was flowing directly from the open hole.

It is clearly a DISCOVERY They have Flow Tested and given explanation of their immediate plans to analyse what is a UNIQE well that is no longer just a Helium play

Winalot it is not in yesterdays Ara presentation or Aminex 2023 presentation. It that it only shows a guide which has been the way they have shown it. They don't show it in a way that anyone can pin point the location. The new well is being moved and the only way we know exactly is when we can pick it up on satellite.

The reason they don't publish it is because of resident swampies of this world world will build a shed on it claim the land as theirs to extract money from them.

JS please recognise this guy has an agenda. Don't take it from me, go watch the video from both Lorna and Sean at Noble. Watch and rewatch. Check out and research how Helium a Hydrogen are formed. How it becomes more concentrated when it becomes depressurised. This so called rig genius doesn't even understand that reverse circulation does exactly that during the well cleaning operation to remove drilling debris. That allows the helium to flow freely upwards.

Heliums only objective is to rise wherever it can.

From the Noble video particularly you will pick up that we have Helium exsolving from fluids and free flowing helium.

Unless you do your own research you will not be convinced so do it for your own sake. Good luck

Wonderer. There is very good reason for them withholding the pad location which was explained fully at the agm. They do know where it will be and rough guidance was received, but until the first spade goes in the ground those in attendance will not expect the location to be published.
