Possibly political Crusty and tbh with the climate lobby I have already come across on these boards, those of that political persuasion would quite happily see people continue to live in poverty.

I don't remember the figure Crusty but for me that past agreement is irrelevant.

When I see new licences being negotiated to reach agreement, negotiation is just what it means. Unless it is written into previous agreements then things can change and we can assume there has been hard ball played here. For a start the government must have won something in the GSA to have swung it so they can pay in US dollars or TZ Schillings. To counter that we already have an updated PSA agreement in place which I haven't seen sight of as yet and that must count for something. The delays though imo are not to do with a this but are more likely due to local planning and tribal issues trying to get the people to accepts the financial deals offered to them. Let's face it, it takes three months here to get permission to build a garage and how long did it take at Horse Hill or for HS2. There are swampy like protesters all over the world looking for a quick payoff. Red tape always takes time, but I genuinely don't think we are to far away this time. The GSA will prove the catalyst for the Dev licence imo.

As a Flip Flopping day trader he would have been caught out by that with his early morning sell, so it it becomes even more important for him to see the price go back down so he isn't shut out.

Don't just watch the comments JS, watch the timings too. When they come when they go. They are pretty consistent until they are in panic mode and desperate.

I'm with you Rob, we know it has been delayed and that traders flip from one share to another chasing gains but this is outrageously undervalued for what they have in the ground.

Just that element alone is not a five minute job and takes serious work, so I do wish the so called expert or should I say clown would stop telling people things are done when he snaps his fingers. Thoughts of a JV need to be forgotten at this stage. There is much more news to come before that possibility in my eyes. Besides, no JV or buy out for that matter can take place without a shareholder vote and a JV would require a prospectus being published to holders. We can only deal with that if and when the time comes, but no point in getting excited over it because if the next RNS doesn't speak of it people will be disappointment and it will knock the sp.

The thing they can arrange without holder vote is an off-taker funding agreement as per the Noble model described in their recent presentation. I would be in favour of that as it would allow the company to flourish and grow on its own two feet by taking the repayable loan rather than diluting. Even that though is going to take time to organise.

IMO The next RNS is likely to provide a bit more data and or at least inform us of the road they wish to travel to get to the early commercialisation they promised.

Don't expect too much too soon is all I'm saying, this is a massive project that will take time to reach its full potential, meanwhile getting in at this price should see enormous rewards for investors, that is my opinion FWIW, so people should do their own research and make their own decision.

From the full transcript, there clearly is no certainty that an extended well test will be carried out so it's nothing for you to get excited or concerned about.

As for answering a question that is irrelevant at this time, there is no point especially when you know already know the answer.

No you are correct Crusty, I misread the final question and was caught out by the wording. The board do know the flow rate as per the interview. No, we do not know the figures they achieved. I should only have answer question 3 with "the flow rate"

A further additional point to save confusion and rebuttal, have they done extensive well tests yet? No because that was made clear as one of the options going forward.
