Can you not understand that I have sold to protect my huge investment. If I were to buy back now I would already have increased my numbers dramatically but why would I do that if I believe it may fall further. I have witnessed and been burned by previous raise. I'm not going to let that happen again.

If you want to call me a deramper go ahead, there are people here that know me much better than you. If you were bright enough you would recognise the SP is telling you want the majority think.

It is not an easy game when you believe in something and aware of both the upside and the pitfalls.

Tough decision which way to take it Crusty. I had very little dry powder left which is why I went the other way. Having taken some profit back to you know where last week and the fact I got caught here previously I didn't want to risk it this time so now I have the dry powder and feel more comfortable and able to move quickly.

Crusty as you know following the RNS I was one who believed the OFF Taker route may fund the next planned stage. I believe that is the way forward and will be the way (hope it is the way rather than a JV). However after strongly chewing the fat with you and others about the various ways I suggested for funding without a raise. I was persuaded that wouldn't be the case for the near term plans.

Once these tests and appraisal Tai3 is out of the way, then I really believe an Off Taker funding arrangement will be the most beneficial in the long term and would prevent the need for further raises assuming all goes well.

As for encouraging people to buy, if that means because I was battling against derampers by telling the truth and linking to facts then guilty I am.

While the company facts haven't changed and I still strongly support the project, the sad fact is there are short term economic uncertainties and as a result I have simply protected myself from being bitten again.

The problem is when there is a potential raise before the next action, the sellers know there is usually a discount to that line in the sand, so it becomes a vicious circle of downward pressure from which imo there is only one way out of, which is to do the raise asap. This was why I sold last week and await the discount price.

You can easily be caught between a rock and hard place in situations like this because we don't know what when things may come next to change sentiment.

LW what you say is right, but you have said it on here already today and I know your game as before.

For me it is once bitten and this time I've reached for the shin pads. I'm still a defender of the project but please don't use me to make money on your short, or to force a lower level by scaring people. Your track record is clear when it comes to potential raises. Why not just leave people to make their own decisions and just take what comes naturally if it comes at all.

Roger 65. I agree Lorna was a different woman in that video. Clearly shocked by the market reaction. She has been open and often too honest about what she says and she wears her heart on her sleeve.

Many on these bulletin boards are liars and cheats and these people do not know how to recognise when somebody speaks honestly.

Yes OSG it would but think about the cost of a rig breakdown and a 3 month delay waiting for parts etc. If we could get some upfront hire cost we might be able to squeeze some of our own works in first, but then the risk of breakdown is transferred to the hirer so how likely will they want it?

Lorna is clearly hinting at something but she would be mad stupid or both to let it out before our work is complete. I'm totally with Crusty on the timing.
