I'm lucky that I've made a few bob elsewhere in the last 6 months so I can afford to let this ride for a while yet and await developments. I thought BSE only had to pay 50% corporation tax and 3.5% royalties for the first 5 years and 10% thereafter, it's odd that now the plant is up and running their ripping up the agreement (or is it)?

You get these little clusters and then nothing ..................

I thought the 10% royalties had been deferred for a period of time but this may not be the case now

I'm still in at present (just), still money to be made just not as much if increased royalties have to be paid to the Kenyan goverment, they wait for the plant to get up and running and have then started to pull the rug from under the company, doesn't bode well for other companies looking to invest in the countries natural resources

Bloody Kenyans are tearing up the agreement, greedy short sighted money grabbing low lifes, don't understand business at all
