The Kenyan Goverment has just played chicken with BSE and lost which is what worries me!

The government is still in negotiation over the size of royalties to be paid by Base Resources though the statement says these could not be concluded till shipments had been exported. The mine had agreed a 2.5% royalty on gross sales but the government has revised this to 10% in new mining regulations creating a standoff with the company. Conclusion: The company is delivering as promised on the project and volumes, however, prices remain weak and market conditions remain soft. Little has been announced on this from the company.

Looks like it's got a great future in the oil business, I like anything that is a global leader !

Looking for sub 4.0 really although the price may rise with all the recent news regards extreme weather conditions around the planet the emphasis is well and truly back onto global warming and how we counter this, green energy will be at the forefront once again, I heard David Cameron say that climate change is now a matter of "national security" this morning and Obama in the US wants 1 billion of funding to fight climate change with the emphasis being on new technologies and smarter and more resilient infrastructure. Bring on REDT !

Major disappointment here and it's not the company which I really like, I hope the Kenyan goverment wakes up to the realities of the free market soon, vast riches await if they learn to be transparent and abide by contractual agreements instead of the line they are now taking.

I recently invested in FLX, they could win some more contracts from QQ plus they have already bid for an 18.5m contract in the middle east which we may hear about soon
