I would imagine there's already a shortlist of companies available right now that have been put forward by MXCP for evaluation by the BOD. We shouldn't underestimate the involvement of MXCP, they know what they're doing. I'm seeing a similar pattern here as I did over at CTP over 18 months ago. It takes time but eventually news will start flowing and we won't look back, Kestrel and Spark haven't come to sit on the sidelines and watch the world go by, they're here for their investors to make some serious cash. No one knows which direction we're heading as yet and I wouldn't rule out a placing to raise further funds for a major purchase. As you've said not long to wait hopefully.

Not sure how it can get to the low 20s when it will be worth 30p per share in cash come December 2015

I don't think the BOD could have made it any clearer as to their future strategy here, they will be making an acquisition unless we get another RNS to the contrary which I very much doubt !

"We continue to evaluate acquisition targets in line with our stated investment policy, as an alternative to a cash distribution to shareholders." I think the aforementioned statement says it all along with MXCP involvement

Your quite right, the involvement of MCXP here was the turning point for me, they wouldn't have give this a second glance unless they thought there was value to be had, only a matter of time before it's realised

It's new business like the agreement with Baxters that will increase revenues, not a time to be selling !

I can remember certain posters on the COMS BB stating that they were going to buyout PINN, I believe you were one of them from memory, would you say this is still the case ?

I've had a top up myself here with some spare cash I had, in the nick of time by the looks of it

All the wannabe investors will want this price down now to get in, can't seeing it getting much lower
