He is anti fracking in the USA. The experts agree he should be good for the broader oil market by limiting supply. He is already in part responsible for the recent price recovery.
I do wish you the best of luck and hope you find peace. But please don’t short ITV as I believe that will make things worse for you. But again that’s just MY OPINION and I do wish you the best.

I agree with Nigel that GS are already in the driving seat and believe the 0.6% short is irrelevant at this stage. I believe GS are closer to LG but LG will let it go to the highest bidder - as Murdoch/ Disney with Sky.

I strongly disagree. Murdoch believed given his existing stake there would be no competitive bid. The only Government concern was his involvement - Media plurality. ITV will get competitive bids (several in my opinion) and there will be no UK Government objections - The Murdoch ‘plurality’ issue was unique.
