You have a difference in the curency bewtween Sterling and Dollar and sometimes you may be able to do a ARB trade, but way too sophisticated for most of you on here

Wrong.... His investment is based on the value on VAST

If Vast was valued at £100m his investment would be worth £20m

If the market cap dropped to £90m say because of dilution or other, his investment would be worth £18m

With everytime shares are issued the market cap is diluted and his 20% dilutes with that

AP is short of cash, so he may have to do one last raise, to get Atlas away, before he gets paid for the first shipment.

It is very tight month end, in regard to getting paid and paying Atlas
