For me it's trying to decide which is the worst, Mikeys comments or Dan replying to them all the time, no offense meant to you guys, but please can you both just grow up and just ignore each other please, like most of us do
So the share price has dropped that's a bit dissapponting but that's what they do, sometimes you win sometimes you lose

I think sd was taking the p*ss guys about the drop, but his timing is not very good, it's not April fools day

Loggy, the way i see this, is i am expecting growth from the current sp and also it's paying a good dividend, maybe not guaranteed but what is ? if i was to sell up now which would be at a bit of a loss and then bought another share, what's to say that other share will not drop in price and lose me a lot more money, the frequent buying and selling is a mugs game and the chances are you will lose unless you a pro or very very good, trying to time the market has not been a great success for me, keeping it simple and pooling dividends together for buying opportunity's has been giving me the best outcome
but I'm no expert and not everyone will agree with me of course, some of my other shares have had good results this week, lgen-aviva-mng, so far dlg has been the weakest link, but we know the reasons for that and hopefully it will sort itself out once inflation adjustments have taken effect, very pleased with the low drop today, but tomorrows another day

Hi loggy, yes that all makes a lot of sense phew lol, as long as those dividends keep flowing i will wait for this to go back to £3 ok may have to wait a while, but still getting good dividends for waiting

Glad i held on, think this has a lot more to give, once prices have caught up with inflation

Yes aviva slightly outperformed percentage wise, but i have twice as much invested with lgen, so bigger gain cashwise
So very pleased with both, now more of the same please, nice to see things going in our favour for a change guys

Looks like lgen didn't want to get outperformed by aviva, well done lgen, that means i have gained on both, about time things went to our benefit

Csdi, at least you can enjoy the cable car ride back, wii be joining you at some point, just don't know what this winter will bring for us all, are there any shares that sell body warmers ?

Loggylogbot, i am also holding and taking the dividend, i can see this rising a lot higher, but will take a while for increased policies to take effect

Agree Gary, i have done well from lgen and aviva, you said a while ago that you sold all of your shares ?

Hope this can come up with good results like aviva and lgen

That's true bubbles59, and of course I'm hoping that will be enough to make a difference, noticed jp Morgan have just downgraded mng and phnx and upgraded lgen, fingers crossed that this one will come out of it with good results

Getting a bit concerned about this one, hope it doesn't take a big hit like directline did on their results

Manunited, I'm just waiting for anything over 220, if it gets there will sell and buy back later on, if last year is anything to go by, it dropped back to the 190s, nothing is certain of course

Shame it hasn't upped the share price though

Retiring in the next month or two at the latest Dan, then will be transferring my works pension to my sipp, for further investment, so will have to see what the share prices are like at that time
