Lucky. Vrs signed a cooperation deal with novo for workibg "together" to compliment the multiple clients coming to them in the US. The clients are not just VRS clients !
They are also clients of Novo who VRS can work with, so your suggestion is infact relivent to VRS shareholders and yes VRS can also get graphite / graphene from whoever we want.
From my conversations over the past few months with PF you are way behind in your thinking !

NC are actually classified as a start up company in Canada due to the selling off of old assets and complete refocus on intigration of supply of graphite/graphene. Graphite to client qrade.
VRS need ( and I dont know why lucky mocked me yesterday but ) VRS need scale up and I would now go as far to say quite quickly needing to gain this scale up with the key being able to have time to prove that a grade of coating for example can be made day after day after month after year in tonnage per month. The AECOM's of this world need to see this supply chain in motion scaled up and not breakable ie not buying from china or sri lanka or africa where political instability could stop product flow.
As Neill has been having to say time and time again.
New products take between 2-5 YEARS to possibly come to market. Imagine how much they will need to change production chains. VRS has to be able to supply AND the added difficulty of fitting this directly in to several different companies and working methods.
Take the example Neill used for China. They will generate powder quality, tonnage and supply THEN create the market for it. The West uses company first with demand which then means VRS will need to quickly pick up slack to create powder quality, tonnage and supply.
Oh it a big project but with big gains and you could say big risk too. I am very happy.
