A project of this scale will require huge technical recourse to put in place both up and down stream procedures that conform to the new regs. it'll be one of the Super 6 IMO... and nothing to do with Sky Sports.

I doubt they will get a official say but they'll certainly have their 2p's worth! As part of the Environmental Agreement (which is an on going live official document) the government have to sign off on a suitable partner. Make of that as you will....
