IMO, this isn't going anywhere until the investment fund is well and truly up and running. Might be open to a quick rally on the back of news that we know (seadrill rig) is coming but suspect we wont get huge spikes.

Once Bahamians can get involved it'll be the final piece... notwithstanding a Farm-in of course. Which is a game changer with the associated investment risk substantially reduced.

EA is the last piece of the puzzle with the final sign-off from the Government of the Bahamas.

I'd classify as early Q1 as the first 6 weeks of 2020.

In 2016, the then Government established a framework in law for the establishment of a Sovereign Wealth Fund, for the purpose of harnessing such revenues. Beyond this, however, we at BPC have long believed that Bahamians should be able to invest in the Company, and, in this way, have a 'direct ownership' interest in their own national resource. We have therefore initiated a process seeking to create a Bahamas-domiciled mutual fund, which, in the event of its establishment, would provide a vehicle whereby individual Bahamians will have that opportunity to invest in BPC's project of potentially national significance. We expect to be able to provide full details of this initiative in the coming weeks.

This will not go anywhere until they are given an opportunity to get onboard.
