Thank you for taking the time to reply, and I find all of them polite, so thanks again.
I was refering to Avonlines website.
And I was incorrect in describing the problems my pal was warned of as audio / video sync. He did describe it as latency which I remembered when I saw your posts. I interpreted that as sync issues.
