Hi Lee, hopefully once dewatering is issued things will move quickly, George said the dewatering was all-encompassing & very broad, I seem to remember him saying it pretty much covered the whole landscape (not just dewatering).

Considering the difficulties in exploring/mining in an area of ONB one would hope there is an appetite to extend timelines particularly if Alba have proven themselves to be good custodians of the area.

I’m personally not too worried about the lease - everything is negotiable… GLA

If intelligent folk care to check Albas’s website you’ll see the drills & excellent modelling Alba have done showing some fantastic new gold lodes just waiting to be mined….

They achieved this using technology not available years ago when gold was at a fraction of what it is today plus gold is expected to explode further in 2023…

‘Yes that’s Gold & Graphite’ expected to BOOM plus we exclusively own all the gold exploring land in the vicinity - this is how confident Alba are!

Share price is at an historic low (majority of explorers/miners have been hit by global events) so now is the time to buy-in/average down as lots of news is due!

I’d anticipate a doubling of the share price in short order on receipt of the dewatering & then of course there are the waste pits - lots of easy gold to be had there!

It’s rare to have access to a developed mine - the majority of work is already done for us plus we’ll be the biggest miner of gold in the UK supplying Royalty once more!

It’s right NRW do thorough research as it’s an area of ONB but the fact they want so much info & are being so diligent to wrap-it-all together bodes well for me - they’d just say no from the get go otherwise plus they allowed us to buy more land recently!

We’ll know soon enough.

As we start 2023 - 1 week chart 20DMA has us at about 0.125, the 50DMA is showing us at about 0.175 & the 100 DMA 0.225 - these are were we will be heading once sentiment changes… GROC results are imminent, we just need a catalyst to get moving again… (don’t bother replying GL it’s not wanted or solicited)…. GLA

Any clever, well informed/researched folk ( ie NOT GL) have an idea how much we likely get for HH?

1. In terms of weekly income?
2. In terms of completely selling our stake?

Alba spinning GROC off will likely prove a master stroke, all the advantages without requiring to fund raise (unless we want too, our choice, like with the recent GROC raise) - If we have funds we can buy more GROC or as GROC grows we could end up with a smaller slice of a much larger pie - it’s a win win… Currently we are still majority share holder with our directors on the GROC board - Ignore GL as he doesn’t have a fecking clue (it’s embarrassing & I can only apologise) - GLA

Whatever the complexities of why we’ve attracted undesirables trying to harm us the fact is we have been noticed, the fact they are trying to scare people off & pull the share price down tells us they want us for themselves (why bother otherwise, why be here) - This could well be a unicorn share & egregious people want it for themselves (cutting others out) - follow the money…. @Alans; So you no longer believe in GROC? The market often push shares down in anticipation of good news so they can load up - don’t let them get into your head - watch the recent VOX presentation released this week… GLA

Problem is nobody is buying, simples…. Tiny sells drop us because long term holders are sitting on their hands… I’ve bought a few more today but don’t get paid until next week… I’ll take advantage of the dropping share price to average down (the company fundamentals haven’t changed) - Its always darkest before the dawn: hold, sell or average down depending on your finances & appetite for risk - GLA

Lee: GROC was spun out of Alba, we are the majority shareholder with over 50% of the company & our directors sit on the GROC board - Alba have the final say… GLA

PS He also stated Alba fully intend to buy more GROC when market conditions improve as money is currently focused on Wales… GLA

Informative, sounds very promising….

Alba is in discussions with politicians/ambassadors from UK, EU & America regards providing them with graphite (global shortages are forecast)

Alba also in discussions with supplying giga-factories regards batteries!

Regards dewatering he didn’t want to give a specific timeline as he knows how frustrating it is but he said he believes a decision “very soon”

Huge upgrade in graphite incoming probably by Jan…

@nookie: I agree regards price, we would prob have gone up to 0.5 had they been successful last time. One option is to average down whilst sentiment is low to maximum profit on the way back up (that’s why I’m doing) - I’ll buy more when get paid next week… Still lots of news to come & I do think 2023 will be our year… Share price is a steal at the moment… GLA
