What’s frustrating is Alba is coiled to spring - it would only take a couple decent buys to substantially rise again (alas I’m skint otherwise I would buy) plus people just won’t stop selling…. GLA

As more & more mines get snapped-up the pressure will build on manufacturers to buy up the remainder - I still think GROC will do a deal shortly (with Albas consent of course being the majority shareholder)….

Regards the Welsh Clogau gold premium - it is said that Welsh gold is the rarest in the world & as such is ‘30times’ more valuable than regular gold…. Couple that with a 7 fold increase in gold price, since the mines shut, & you can see why people are excited & why it’s the jewellery of Royalty & the elite… GLA

& set to continue - Spot gold price is now nearly 7 times what it was when Clogau closed due to poor profitability…. (Plus the Welsh premium on top of course)

It’s not a complete new application but an update to include the additional info they requested - I can’t see it being 4months personally…. GLA

Once it appears on the register people will start taking more interest & buying-in from these historic lows - share price will rise on speculation/anticipation (such is AIM)

Alba is the cheapest way into GROC plus good news there gets absorbed here plus dewatering will be national news - Dewatering alone could double/treble share price very quickly….

GROC focuses on Greenland & Alba either keep a smaller slice of a bigger pie (as it’s going to cost a lot of money - more than Albas mine will ever require) or sell our stake once a true/fair value is achieved.

Asllan; I’m all for constructive debate but constantly telling people who’ve invested in a gold explorer that we mustn’t explorer for gold is to be frank insulting…. Albas only function/purpose now is Gold he harps on about GROC when GROC has huge fund raises coming (which he clearly doesn’t comprehend) - it’s why we palmed it off in the first place but he won’t change the record….

NRW are to blame here for the delays - nobody else - investing is a lesson in patience, AIM is a casino & there are sharks on these boards with an agenda.…
