Novice, legally they have to inform the market of any material news that can affect the share price…. That’s kinda the whole point of an RNS….

If it were a NO they’d of said it months ago, why string us along for years requesting additional data, letting us buy more land around Clogau etc - they are basically saying yes BUT we’ll need these stipulations in place to protect the environment… GLA

Investing is a game of patience & managing one’s emotions - We are just yards away from the finish line now after years of turmoil.

Novice; How has George strung us along? If NRW requests more info they require more info - Alba are beholden to NRW - we have to jump through their hoops if we are to mine there - GLA

Stephen; they can’t do the waste pits until they get this approval - it’s not just dewatering but the whole area…. Until they get approval they can’t submit for the waste tips… it’s there in the RNS… Cheers

Leeoaks1: Exactly, it’s a very comprehensive application taking in the whole site (not just dewatering) - it’s an AONB so they’ve got to show due diligence otherwise the application will get ripped apart by undesirables - better to be pedantic & make it watertight…. We’ve waited this long so a few more weeks won’t hurt (we didn’t expect an answer this quickly anyway, people assumed May time) - Looks like I’ll get another last top up end of the month after all…. GLA

Agreed it’s not a NO hence people buying in last week (funny that eh) - this resubmission was treated as a brand new application (basically starting from scratch) this amendment should be dealt with fairly quickly - it’s just crossing the Ts & dotting the i’s….

I suspect George will now do a VOX interview now to update the market on progress….

If they’ve opened such a large spread-bet & they know the outcome of dewatering is that not insider trading - we have to take an educated guess whilst the informed get rich on facts - It’s not fair….. let’s hope they’ve gone long eh…. GLA

That’s what I was thinking - positive news as long as they paid market price (more shares in issue but shows confidence in what we have) - The government is meant to be getting involved to protect & preserve UK access to rare earth metals too - we’ll find out soon enough…. GLA

Had a reply from Alba today, George should be doing a VOX update soon….

I was just told the moderators had taken action & he shouldn’t be bothering us again….

He had no interest in honest debate - I was the first to email Alba about their misleading tweet last week & got it taken down so I’m not blind to what goes on…

He clearly had an agenda to shut Alba down - whether he was a local farmer or within the jewellery business we’ll prob never know…

He repeated the same things over & over to sow discord & to get people to sell & buy GROC despite claiming to be an Alba shareholder - he tripped upon his own lies multiple times & Alba themselves were investigating him (I was in contact with them regards this).

Free speech is absolutely legal & a foundation of our society but defamation to damage our stock so he can benefit is immoral….
