Agree we may never know only that the JV partners want and have confirmed that they want to proceed to phase 2 and have paid 2m cash dollars and so have ticked all boxes. Some say phase 2 dunt start till new company formed. personally how true this is unsure, I would like to think phase 2 started last sept why would you give an extension of a year or unlimited time dunt make sense to me.
Im optimistic but also a bit disappointed as well that its took this long when Bhargav had been told talked started last June. i can understand about the Jv partners wanting to drill only a handful of sites as this would keep their costs down and would make their offer smaller and less drilling the less value they can put on the area. Also brad been talking now seems like years about these licenses being granted, it all seems one sided to me that we are being shxx on from every direction. The JV partners dont want to give info out to Brad the JV partners want to change agreement the Jv partners want to only drill a few sites. The over spend can carry forward, the phase 2 can start when JV partners have formed new company, all old names of sites being given new names. The Jv partners can down tools close everything if they want.
What have we actually managed to get out of them which were not in original agreement!!!!!
But I read between lines and think if i were in charge sat on a potential huge site I would like to change things to my favour and buy it as cheap as possible and do as little as possible but knowing my team of world class geologisits have done a great job in doing soil sampling so have a good idea what could be on different sites but tell no one on omi and keep everything under wrap close down sites and just stall.
if there was not mega gold here both partners would have been long gone.
But Im here til be get bought out if it means being here for 3 years five years or 10 years Im here til all Anza is bought out. Brad will be using it as his retirement investment. over to you Brad Im not going anywhere. in the meantime golds gunna fly of next few years along with silver.
