karl prabably the warrant holders would have sold their shares by now, we will never know. But they could still hold warrants on anticipation that the share price will tick up.

If the share price did tick up depending on how many they hold then they could exercise.
Still think brad will want to chuck kitchen sink at next rns update which last year was around 9th November whose to say it will be that date but if you look back Colombian updates 2 or 3 months with occasional 4 months.

Bhargav dont lose the faith and other shareholders keep the faith here. im still feeling very positive chose what people say its in brads interest to give a super update as theres big money riding on it or do you think he will say dunt matter about the £2m and warrants.

We know we have drill results to come back. brad will want to give us an update on JV new company even though it might or might not be signed. There could be other drill results permit updates. He will be telling us about other sites to be drilled either before or after Christmas.

I ask you drills been running since April at pepas we have only 1 hole result dont you think that after 6 months we should have a bit more of an idea about drilling there and more drill results to come. Then we have pupino they should have a camp set up and drilling there.

I dont think we will heae anything on colombian update til around first 2 weeks in Nomber but we may get an update on brazil or Argentina next few weeks. Surely brads conscious of the deadline on warrants we certainly are so he aint gunna leave it to last minute would you and miss this opportunity remember hes got his options too.

Time will tell but i think the share price will be much higher in coming weeks wether its enough for warrants we will have to see thats over to brad.

Brad can easily control news flow look at the options price the directors recently got. it was not high 20s or 30s or 40s but near low when we had no news or very little news flow in recent months then share price tanked from mid 40s to around 11p -12p when options were grant. this was no coincident.

Also we been kept in dark regarding rigs on site and where they been drilling. ie pepas and pupino.

So this next update will be in brads interest to make it super news or the warrants will lapse so hes got to give something special or its curtains and then hes got to go begging to raise more money at a much lower price and it will be 2 or 3 times more shares to be issued and more warrants to those that buy. But as the first issue price will have failed the second will be harder to get away and he will have to give much more away.

So please tell me this next update will be the best we have herd with more info than ever on all fronts, drilling permits new company 2m cash omi will get and rock samples. He has got to chuck the kitchen sink at the next rns or its good bye warrants. Anyone want to disagree.

Brad will have to talk the talk in November he has already given us a glimpse of what will happen once the new company is form. he says he will need to look at the drilling on a monthly basis whether he can say to omi shareholders what they are is a different matter. To date we know for fact they have drill results to come back from Pepas over limit brad says. So to all good intenions they should be good. We also know that a camp should now be setting up at pupino and maybe drilling should be at work.

We know from last interview that lots of permits if not all permits have been applied for and he says that its a formality to get them sorted in next month or so. He also said that they should start drilling on 2 other sites in south so that should be four sites by new year.
Hes also indicated that the 2m paid should be here by new year so the new company should be formed in Dec or January.

He will want to push this hard to get the warrants away and wont leave to December to last minute. So over to you Brad, show us you can do it.

Time will tell if the share price does what it needs to get the warrants away. Seingred been buying so thats a positive, we only need Sotolo to buy and we wont have any problems about the shareprice here.

i agree if warrants are not exercised then Brad will need to raise cash in 2023 to allocate for other projects and to get the directors and other costs ie directors wages and omi people working on ground in other countries duel listings in London and TSX.

He already had talks with institutions and they said no atm think it could be a different story once we drilling on 4 sites next year if drilling results come good. but if so then the sp will be alot higher than today but he will have to issue shares for sure but we ok til spring next year Id guess.
