Personally I think the RBL and JV are tied together, the JV is quite clearly in the latter stages and with Biden offering windfall tax breaks to the big boys re investing….
Perfect storm

Frankly I could not see the point of the interview it was 5min 39sec approximately long and most of the stuff he mentioned was old stuff or stuff not relievant. However he did mention a few things that Im thinking about in last 1 minute or 40 seconds of interview.

Brad said that in next few days they would be announcing the date of AGM and he expected a few more holes from pepas and the most important thing and that he said he would be in London in next few weeks then mentioned December. He said in the next few weeks should be quite positive for omi. So he knows something. if he leaves things to December then the warrants wont stand a chance of being exercised he needs news and its got to be big news for this to fly so something is brewing.

He could have said alot more today in the interview but told us next to nothing so Im hoping heres hoping hes got something that will happen this month.

If not then the warrants wont be exercised. looking at it positively if there is good news coming and it pushes share price to 20p then seingred and Sotolo can sell then rebuy back at 12p so can everyone else who feels that way too.

Hope AGM is before December as I may go if Bhargav is going. Brad did say in a few weeks time but that could be anytime wi Brad.

On build up to last rns on 6th September share price was hovering around 7p got to a high of 17 to 18p on just announcement of one drill hole.

Theres lots to say on next Colombian update as we know

1) Phase 2 news and payment of 2m cash to omi
2) more drilling news from pepas and pupino
3) News on Southern sites to be drilled
4) updates on Brazil and Argentina

So the moto is never say never til after 7th December as we just dont know what Brads gunna say tell us but to me this is the most significant news in last few years and next year Anza will be drilled on four sites or more. As Brad says Drill Drill and Drill a bit more. We could have several drill rigs on each site so that should throw something up of interest. Remember our partners been working on Southern sites since January doing what we dont know but Im guessing permits will be announced and drill rigs took there shortly before or after Christmas.
2023 will be omi best year for news and drilling.
What you say Dr Rimington and Bhargav right or am I too optimistic with my thinking. So with all this good news will share price go from 11p to 2p or 11p to 28p well this month we will find out. You pays your money takes your chances.

Im not saying one way or other on warrants but we will have to see what news comes then see how share prices does thats what i think.

Captain Webb we aint even had news yet so lets see what Brad says. Sooooo negative on this board. Defeated before we even go into battle! Oh dear.

Tend to agree omi will have to print money at some point to fund directors salary stock market listings and fund the other two projects. Also we just dont know how much money they will need further down line so longer term will definitely need more money.

However we just dont know how much gold the JV partners will drill find on all these 8 sites and I would guess its going to be substantial 10m plus me hopes. We also dont know what the gold price will be in 3 to 5 years time and we dont know what the markets will be doing.

However we do know for fact that all costs associated wi Anza will be covered by JV partners minimum 20m in next few years and according to brad could be 40m to 80m. Also brad thinks we could have a huge find towards 30m but this is not fact.

Today omi is worth £22m but majors will pump in 50 to 100m possibly so to me we are undervalued. Also some of the other sites are monster me hopes in south and could be 3m ounces on their own. Brad is a geologist by trade and you dont get someone saying could be biggest find of his lifetime or could be towards 30m ounces here.

We also know that all round world countries have been printing money and have debts in Billions or USA 30 Trillions and growing to their gdps. Iin my opinion we will see a massive bubble in precious metals within 5 years like banks were in 90s builders and dot com days and crypto of late. Gold silver is Gods money has stayed the test of time. paper money being devalued every year by inflation. look at an ounce of gold 1920s 20$ what does 20 dollars buy today and an ounce of gold was 20$ in 1920s that same ounce is now worth $1665 were as the paper currency is worth less.
So in Summary if Anza gets took out 100m or 75m thats still 2 or3 times todays price but most on here hoping it is 10 times todays price we dont know but you never factor in that gold stocks will be in a bubble at some point in the future and gold could possibly worth 3,000 to 5,000.

One thing for sure we heading for a massive recession and interest rates will start to fall in 2023 and QE5 will be bigger than all QE put together. This could cause such things above Ive mentioned and then you will see exploration companies zoom like crypto or dot com days.

Hit the nail on the head Kenny, the biggest issue here now is how the shares are held.
They quite clearly are not selling at this level, hopefully in the future they will transfer some to a fund…

Im expecting share price to start marching forward from around week commencing 6th November as this will only give 4 weeks til 7th December D day landing. I think we could get an RNS in next 10 days on Brazil and Argentina as if we dont the way things going it will be almost 11 months since last update so that looks like a busy time consuming project for brad to keep busy on. Can anyone tell me what other directors are doing for their salary as we never herd anything from Nick Von whatever hes called. id say money for old ropes and options to go with it.

Agree regarding majors they want to make as much as possible and i agree they dont want to let anyone know whats there. They will give nothing away rns drill results etc. Also Brad and other directors looking after themselves no news for months while share prices reaches near low then award 10year share options in millions. they dont give a xxx

However, I think things may change November with news as its in their interest to get the share price up. Only 6 weeks to options lapsing so time will tell but as the weeks go past it will be harder and harder to get warrants away.

El Roble and El Cedro both in south and according to Brads 6th September webinar they have had crews of men and geologists working there since January. We know they have had rock samples of 8gt or more but surely 10months on and no news apart from brad saying they should be drilling on site before Christmas so he must to confident that the permits will be granted. These are huge sites where they will be able to get multiple rigs working along with 2 sites in north gunna speed up activity. So next update has to be good. for all we know rigs maybe being taken now all guess work. brad likes to keep his cards close to his chest. Some say hes holding four Aces others say hes holding a Royal Flush some say hes only holding a low pair. Time will tell Im in first camp.

The last Colombian update was 25th April almost 5 months on the next one on 6th September then 9th September and latest one 21st October. So we had nothing for almost five months while brad was getting the share price down so he could load up on the Share option for directors but now we have had 3 updates in 6 weeks.

I expect more updates in next 6 weeks anybody want to disagree and also phase 2 update more drill results and permit news as well as news on Brazil last update january 2022 and Argentina. june 2022.
