Thanks Chicken I have not seen the agreement and wondered why they dont just buy us as cheaply as possible and sell off assets. September 23 is not that far off and so could just delay drilling do minimum then buy us cheaply as possible. I thought guess work on my part that they may want first choice on the 25% share we would have and offer a low ball offer.
This is fact if they dont drill all areas then they or us could be bought cheaply. Theres alot more going off than we know and we are in a vunerable position. What if Chineese or Royal wanted our 25% share or Hodchilds.
Point me in right direction of 2018 agreement please.

negotiations you say omi trying to protect or try to keep to old terms and not let JV partners buy us cheap. Bhargav says JV partners want to do less drilling on the sites 7 of them. Unless you know more than us Brad has told us nothing about what JV partners want only that it could affect us in phase 3 so from my part its all guess work. Only thing I can say is share price has been battered over done and priced in for failure like others have said. Also i can be corrected on this by bhargav but I thought newmont joined us at 5p so we have been very close to this. OMI currently have cash in bank and Apta has confirmed its a good site with proven resource so we are in a much better position to that of 2018 when Newmont signed the agreement.

Bhargav you have spoken to Brad on several occasions so will know alot more than us shareholders whats sticking points and etc but to me the drill results are not half as good as when omi were drilling. if these drill results were not true then JV partners would have walked.
So am I right in understanding the JV partners are complaining that they have over spent in last 2 years and want a better deal. my thoughts are the 20m over next four years will get them nowhere if they have spent £10 on Apta and other sites are much bigger £20 will be like chucking water in desert wont go anywhere so we will get a half hearted effort by JV. theyd need to spend millions hundreds to get a proper idea whats on they sites so perhaps once they have bought us out they could be more thorough drilling to show true potential of Anza.
Thats my thoughts but £20 is peanuts would be enough to drill one site near mind another 7 sites.

Markets always over react this is massively over reaction. Look at Argo Block chain 3p this time last year December went from 3p to £3.20 in a matter of months 20mc to £1billion no turnover no nothing alot of hype. Its back to 2.8p now 12months down road.

Omi 5p to 45p now back to 5.75p but we are in alot better shape and some good grades too and JV partners wanting to do a deal on phase 2 but under new terms. Dirty Tactics thats what I say.

Well said its quite obvious that they want to give us as little news as possible and will do their best to drill a bit further out on sites so the grades wont show fantastic grades like it did when omi were drilling originally at Apta. They may give us some snippets of a good drill result but by and large it will be the average grades or poorer grades we will get. The share price could zoom like GGP but thats not in their best interest as if the sp did go towards 50p or 100p then our 25% would be worth much more and these big boys want to buy us for a few million. Anybody can see that. Also if gold goes up in next few years they will want to drag it out so we get took over when gold is at a low point. its all about the deal and screwing omi for as much as possible. let the Chineese in they will have a big chq book to buy us. its same as big super markets they want to screw price down to small suppliers with low prices and extended payment days.

If JV partners did not like what they saw then they would have walked and not instructed us that they want to continue working through Sept Oct what a coincidence that as they get to sorting phase 2 out they all of a sudden lay off all workers. Dirty Tactics if you ask me. Also that the drill results showed nothing or very poor and the share price is down over 50% in 2 weeks. Dirty Tactics thats what I say. brad ought to be talking to Chineese and Royal Road I think saying they dont want artisan miners to know is a lame duck approach phobing us off.

What happened to the 10 G/T drillin g results vanished in to thin air Id say. We wont see them that says it all to me. B..... comes to mind.

Totally agree with what you said it looks better if omi sp is weaker for MMA negotiations. The lower the share price the more they can demand. As said before they have liad off all workers except those that are doing soil sampling they could be drilling at Pepas but once they have a better deal they will all of a sudden get cracking again. Wheres all those 10 g/t samples surely not still in lab dont think we will see them again. if the share price was in 20s or 30s omi would be in a much stronger positions so what do they do. They suspend all drilling and lay off the workers wow now who would have forecast that when they have just confirmed they want to go ahead with phase 2 but want to renegotiate terms what a co incidence they playing good cop bad cop until they have what they want. i call it black mail. They have us pinned in a corner weaker share price not much cash and know we need to raise money so lets play hard ball with little omi their backs to wall so lets go for guglier.

Yes board not interested in us shareholders one bit they always look after themselves first and last. marriage is a gamble Ive seen people married for a few weeks months years. Im lucky as I got a fantastic person to share my life 35years next year but others very many are either very miserable or get divorced not once but some several times people change so to me its a gamble. Like shares thought we had security wi JV partners but we being screwed by them on many fronts along wi board. i think its only decent to invest wi rest of shareholders show commitment then if things go wrong they feel paine too but not brad and co they just want security by awarding pay rises and options no risk but this is the chance we take.

lets hope things take a turn for best but its gunna be many months before them drill rigs and results come in and the JV partners are playing us for sure. Why are they not drilling in Pepas around the east from the first drill hole of 3 gt. They are showing us that they stop do what ever they want and we the board are looked upon like us shareholders with little respect.

Bhargav I too first purchase was 44p and bought all way down to 8p and if Id bought at 1,8 or under 5p would be happy to sit tight. yes many on here under water but when buying shares or anything in life a house a wife its a gamble some would say for better or worse comes to mind. but the point i was trying to make is if you made 100 fold on GGP and put some of that money in here its only money you made somewhere from another share.

Yes we are were all hoping that omi would flourish with majors on board but Ive come to realise that they are playing a different game to us on drilling and everything. I can email brad til Om blue in face what hes told you has not come to fruition so he can say its going well positive but we wont know til rns comes out and they start drilling on all sites. its a gamble we take. Im not getting at you just saying that things dont go as planned but if you made a 100 fold rise on another share its money you already made so not too bad.

Im trying to chill about everything at the end of the day its only money. They say health is wealth and money just a thing to get you from A to B whether you have a million 10 million or some of my mates got bugger all others millions.

Second way to look at omi is atm the share price is as cheap as chips 11m market cap with 2m in cash paying directors salaries and at some point 2m more coming from JV partners if they walked Chineese would buy us or Royal Road JV partners just flexing muscles and want better deal it might mine us paying tax later on 20m to 40m further down road but just dont know kept in dark like normal or they may want more equity bigger share as they only having 75% thats all for nothing in my book 30m plus seems for nothing as it could be worth 2billion upwards in years to come.
So if big if you got cash 6p cheap when you look at 20p 30p 40 plus some have paid.

Bargav glad you being a bit more positive than last few days there is always two ways to look at this and everything in life. yes we were not prepared for a 50 to 60% drop like we have seen we were expecting a rise of at least this but it is what it is so I think long term it will rise hopefully substantially from here in next few years.

Look at it from a different point of view you Seingred and Sotolo are sitting on a substantial holding and the majority of your holding was bought in 1,5p to 10p. most on here have bought when shares were 20s 30s and 40s so are sitting on huge losses whereas at least you are sitting in best seats in house blue seats Id say.

look at it in a different way you made 100 times on GGP so £1k turns into 100k and 10k turns into £1m so again you sitting prity and can afford to sit this out. if youd put in £1m at top end you would not be too happy bunny now but the opposite. look at it in another way in Ukrain most have lost everything families houses jobs no water no food no electricity everything. So omi going down is in bigger picture just a temporary blip over a 2 year period. Gold will shine in next 3 to 5 years thats why most are here.

Agree Jackbal, The Majors are an asset but an hindrance ie they have the experts and the money but they will want to make as much as project as possible. They know whats there so will drive a very hard bargin and drill on out skirts of areas where gold is. Whereas omi would drill around big gold areas. Majors want omi for peanuts and can wait whereas omi cant wait.
It will be many many months before we get more drill results. What happened to all the 10gt retesting results they have disappeared for good not to be seen by shareholders.

Directors share. At this price directors will buy as they know its a bargin basement price.
Maybe Brad will be proud of his negotiations skills and maybe he will award himself another bonus and share options while price is rock bottom. Most of us were expecting the share price to be mid 20s on phase 2, We are caught by a rock and hardball.

Yes I know we currently own 100% of project officially but unofficially we own 49% of new company when it is formed. must say I doubt Newmont will walk or Agnico they are demanding more of what ever we dont know its a bit like dragons den The Dragons demand and most of the time the person in the room bends to their wishes. Its will be same here as JV partners will just drag it out and could put breaks on our project and tie us up legally for a long time and we are on a budget here. We dont generate any cash have costs directors wages to cover so on a life line. I think JV partners will pay the $2m just to stay in the game and keep renegotiating untli they have what they want or a better deal. Could be the Agico Newmont playing bad cop good cop to get what they want. They could be drilling now but all that about soil sampling to me is a load of bull. They are flexing the muscles and showing who is in charge. ie we can stop the project at anytime. On the other hand whats a few million to JV partners when they have an exploration budget of $900m to spend. A bit like us having some lose change in our back pocket.

I think if Agnico wanted to continue drilling at Pepas they could as they know where the 150m 3gt hole is so why not drill around this area. They could but have suspending drilling they are showing who is the boss. OMI in a bit of trouble here as if they stick it out and we have only 2.5m cash this will be burned away through directors pay and other obligations. We need the 2m to continue paying bills. they also need to get share price up for later in year when they raise more cash for other projects but it seems to me that our JV can do and drill whatever and arnt that bothered about giving us some meaty drilling results and want to buy us as cheaply as possible. its already took 3 months 6th september to 6th December and where are we nowhere. They say it could take several months to form the new company. We are only by standers on this. If I was brad as we are 49% stake holders we should have equal say and our own trusted geologists on site 24/7 7 days a week and other trusted people on site too so we can have plenty of info on of whats going off.
I think we getting a raw deal from these 2 bullying us and have no say at all. if we were drilling wed have regular drill results. So wheres all the 10g/t drill results probably in Agnico top draw been buried with other stuff.

They can do whatever they want and we have to go along with it. We are only puppets.
