Thanks for clarification I agree and herd Brad say they may spend 50m to 80m its just some say on here any over spend is carried forward and taken out of the phase 2 budget of 20m dollars that wont go far.

I find it difficult to understand why according to brad there are many samples still in lab for rechecking over 10g/t and its been months and months since Sept since he said that. Also why are they not drilling at Pepas around the 150m 3/4g/t it is beyond me. I also think the 20mdollar spend wont scratch the surface at Anza they say probably 40m dollars already spend on Anza. Its not in there interest to see share price rocket. We get snippets from brad but Dont know whats going off. His first interview was Elephant country he said he thought that Anza could be 20m to 30m ounce resource I think its possible or would like to think its possible. If Apta could be 2m then quite possibly some of the other bigger sites could well exceed this by some way 8 sites would only need 2m per site and 16m possible. If they find more areas thats even better.

Lets hope in phase 2 things are better but to me 20m would go far for drilling when they spent 10m on one site at Apta.

Thats brilliant work and your understanding is far superior to all ours. Its very much appreciated and gives us confidence for the future. Brad will know all this to me I find it difficult to understand why board have not bought in open market like most of us. yes they have been given millions in options but theres nowt like putting your money where your mouth is and getting skin in game. I have always been mega optimistic on omi but feel that the JV partners are playing a second game to us ie by not sharing and drilling where they want to. If I was them I would not want anyone to know anything which is what they are doing so they can buy this site for peanuts. After all they will own 75% in a few years but still they want to fleece little omi shareholders and bod.

As I said before a few times you done great. me Bhargav not traders we house builders, as I said before Im in it for long game chose what may come. If I thought shares were undervalued Id keep buying and same wi overvalued.

Its as clear as mud to me. Think next drill results could be months and months away. lets face it we aint got drill results back from April to August last year so next drilling will be months away.

Brads word means not alot as hes said many times to Bhargav things which dont materialise i just wonder if hes just stringing us along. We know nothing at all. We cant even get some drill results back from 6 or 8 months ago.

We should hear about Brazil or Argentina soon but then last update was in january 2022 so perhaps we due a bit of info but hay we only shareholders who dont really matter unless you need to raise money and maintain share price.
If we all did what Seingred does shares price would never move as wed all be selling on every move up.

Agree phase 2 in the bag but must agree as per usual we know jef all about whats the next plan, when drilling will start and where and when we get Pepas assays or drills results over 10/gt, personally I think we will never see them as it will only push share price up and we dont want that to happen, heavens for bid on that front. Neither bod or JV partners want to keep us as low as possible until they want to raise cash. Then the elephant will be let out of cage for a few days to suit Brad.

So talking about Pepas assays they were drilling from April to Dec.
Brad said in Sept that lots more than one had gone back to labs for rechecking so lets say they came back in August then had to be sent back to lab, by my calculations thats a good five months. They cant blame covid id guess we never see them. Hope Im wrong obviously Brad has a rough idea as he mentioned them. As per usual they keep all info to themselves.

Only thing I know its a big resource we sat on and will take years to drill out which we wont see but newmont and Agnico will once they have bought the 25% for peanuts.

Gold is breaking out from 1625 to current 1875 its the biggest breakout in 50 years from 1970s.

I retired 12 years ago from work even before I bought one share in omi so I can sit this out.

With regards to the sites in south per Brad the teams crews been working there since last Jan 2022 to December 2022 Im not saying they were drilling but maybe indepth soil sampling rock chips samples and to be there that long then they must have seen something they liked.
Agree news on other projects this month.

According to brad we should still have drill results from Pepas those that were sent to the labs for retesting that he said lots of them have tested over 10gt unless our JV partners will sit on them and they never surface. its been four months and still no sign of them. i personally think that they wont appear in next 3 to 6 months as they too good to release and this could have a positive impact on sp or they would have been handed over.

Another reason why we need to see data and do our own releases at the end of the day its not as though we are a small shareholder we will have 49% and should have our say and not be bullied by these bullies.

Thanks for that rewatched the last 2 interview from Sept and Dec. brad says in September once that phase 2 talks been ongoing for a few months and that the accountants and lawyers involved so I take that they must have been in talks around June time.

Im here for long term and dont plan exisiting until true value shown in share price and not before 2025 to 2026 or longer.

We hear that brads talks going well, but if they were then why have they been talking for 6 months and they say it could be another 6 months before new company formed Id say thats not that great. if talks had started in June last year you would have thought everything sorted by Sept but here we are guessing. i dont want to be negative but just being realistic. The 2m payment should be here soon if they are honourable and to their word as 90 days has passed.

With regards to not drilling all sites how could you assess the potential of Anza by not drill all sites. then its just down to guess work and if you want to buy something cheap you put a low estimate in. Same wi drilling drill on out edges of areas where you think there is huge areas of gold then you dont give away too much info.

I think the first hole at Pepas 150m at 3 to 4gt shocked them with how good it was drilled. they could be drilling now around this hole but what have they done laid off all workers down tooled. This to me dunt sound too good and looks from where Im sitting that they are making a point and saying we pay the bills and if we want we can pull the teams off and do nothing til we agree.

My friend said he was off work next week as the company he is contracted to work have not paid them so they have told all workers down tools until we get paid. im gunna relisten to a few interviews wi brad this afternoon.

Finally I want omi to fly as I got a big investment here but just pointing a few things out which dont seem right to me. lots on here know alot more than me and have contact wi Brad. But to be fair he will only let on some things and not all as at end of day we just little nobody shareholders. Also Brad said many things that have not come true like intensive news flow period and we herd nowt for 6 months. Also as bhargav says they are using omi as a salary with no skin in game and previlaged info and Im a poor man. hwo many on here earn 180$ a year not many Id say most are ordinary people on ordinary wages. No offense meant on this point but some on here have 10 20 times what board have on open market purchases.

From what brad has said in an interview that Apta has been drilled by omi I have the presentation and the drill results seen is why I have invested here the results are mega unbelievable. Then alone came Newmont fantastic to see them buy our shares 18% and invest in omi then came along Angico wonderful to have two major players on our team and we are all full of confidence. Then they start drilling and some holes at Apta fantastico others fair but we dont know where abouts they are drilling and they will only show us what they want to and keep the best fore themselves.

Brad said that omi and with JV partners drilling Apta spend has been $40m us $30m and them $10 to $12m. and now I hear that the over spend is carried forward Ive not herd brad say that but if correct then phase 2 is not $20m but now could be $18m or $16m and they aint scratched surface at Pepas and Pupino. So my question is if Apta has had $40m spent on it how far is $16 mto $18m gunna go on 7 other sites. By my maths not far at best $2.5m per site and these other sites are monsters. So what does this tell you the drilling programme in phase 2 will be like weasels water a drill hole here maybe 3 or 4 then move on. They will have an idea whats there and they will offer omi peanuts for Anza. Originally brad said elephant country and first interview he said Anza could be towards 30m ounces and once in a life times opportunity.

Well i think JV partners know what could be there the right post code in an area surrounded by huge gold finds. They know that omi have only 2,5m dollars and burning through this by year end and thats why they have closed the shop , all drilling stopped laid off employees. they can just sit us out play hard ball and wait til we run out of money then buy us out cheaply.

I was in Highland Gold and we got took over for about 10% premium to share price and they did not even pay last dividend.

Im heavily invested here my biggest holding outside my property portfolio and am hoping the share price does well. But as my friend Sengried says to prove up a resource it takes years and you have to have deep pockets. Well Newmont and Agnico have deep pockets but they will want to buy us for peanuts. I herd Rick Rule boast how cheap they have bought exploration companies for next to nothing at knock down prices 90% of their value and he was as smug about it as you can get. I remember going to London to Mines and money event and he was presenting at the time and he was full of himself as per usual when you see him on interviews. He said has anyone got any questions I put my hand up and said about GGP find and he said Ive never herd of them. Fool him or was he just playing us.

Just a few thoughts that crossed my mind tonight. If Brad dunt have anyone on site reading data and does not get a say in things god help us share price will never take off. In next few years gold will roar like never before.

Agree Chicken but phase 2 spend will go nowhere unless they drill a hole here and there and if as you say the over spend is carried forward well thats even worse and less money to spend on other sites. $10 or $12m on Apta which is a medium size site some of the others are monsters and we been talking 2 years about getting drilling going to date nothing. JV partners been working presumably on soil sampling in South since last January 12 months what have we learnt nothing but they according to Brad must see something to work that long. brad says 2 years to do phase 2 and what have we achieved in almost 6 months a few holes 2 very good ones at pepas and a few diaster holes showing almost nothing. had Brad been drilling the grades would have been fabulous and the share price would be booming. But thats no good for JV partners who want to screw brad and co for all they can get in new company formation. Theres always different ways to skin a cat metaphorically speaking and our partners will make sure they keep ALL THE ACES to themselves.

We need our people on site geologists working along with Agnico and brad must have a say on drilling and sharing info drill results or we will be low balled which atm it feels like. We here from brad things going well if so wheres 2m payment and drilling starting again will confirm this for me. I never anticipated this happening to us with the best in world as part of the team. lets see what happens but discussions now must have started around june per brad thats 6 months ago.

Next Fed meeting in early Feb I bet they only put rates up 0.25% and another after that in March by 0.25% that would be 5% tops after that there will be no rate hikes and gold will go much higher as soon as the Fed reduce rates third q3 2023 then gold will start new all time highs.
My guess gold 3k to 5k 2025 to 2026.

In the mean time its like digging for gold or a mine it takes ages so you do a bit one week then a bit more another week until its done. Im here til we get bought out if it takes a year or 10 years.

Id tell them to get on there bikes and have talks with other companies then they know we mean business the Chineese would be interest Royal Road next door or Hochilds. Theyd all like to get their hands on Anza.

I too agree with what you say and also Seingred thoughts maybe a mixture of both. I think gold will be $2300 to $2500 within next 12 months. We have been in 2 year down turn just like the period in 1970s 1974 to 1975 when gold went down. the market is valuing gold cheaply maybe around 500$ an ounce as the gold miners are so cheap. This maybe because lots of people have been investing in Crypto or the Dow.

I used to think why or how can an exploration company be valued more than a company with proven reserves of millions like POG in Russia who produced 500k of gold per year and had 20million of gold reserves and GGP were producing nothing and had 3.2m reserve and yet both were valued at £1.5billion at the time.

But we have seen many goldies zone maybe for reasons I dont understand. Im very hopefully that OMI Anza project will multi bag and £100m or £250m valuation of our 25% could be possible, maybe a pipe dream but i know that gold over next 5 years will at some point be in a bubble like crypto like Dot.com days Banks Builders shares and many more. Thats all I can say except gold could be 3,000K to 5,000k some think 10k gold and silver 50 to 150dollars. it will come and patience is the name of the game but for now Im hoping on phase 2 we can get back to 20p would be nice.

Finally I never factored in that our board would have no skin in the game and agree like Bhargav that they are using this as a salary and just taking up options at cheap prices so it pays for them to keep the share price low to collect millions of options as cheaply as possible.

JV partners also dont want people to know or board to have access to drilling and to some extent I would be same as the share price could rocket and that would cost them more. I herd an interview by Rick Rule who said big companies want to make 100 times or 200 times their investment. if JV partners sank in 50 to 60million into Anza then that could give then 5billion or 10billion return over a long period of time.

We are stuck in the middle by weak board and strong JV partners who want their cake and eat it too or to buy us for peanuts without really telly us whats there. If I was them Id be drilling miles around main areas to just get a flavour of whats there and that would keep omi board relative happy. I would hate it to drill holes showing grades what the original omi drilling of Apta produced 10gt 20gt 40gt 172gt etc.
This is why the phase 2 negotiations are taking so long maybe they dont want to drill all sites better to give omi a few million in next few years to not to drill. maybe they want more that 75% of new company in phase 3. maybe new company formed will mean omi have to pay big tax bill when sold out. Maybe JV agreeing to give out as little info as possible.

At the end of the day we can guess all we want as nobody has said why the negotiations from last june are about. Snippets from Bhargav a bit of info from Brad but nothing really all guess work
