Commentary from Downing Micro-Gap Growth Fund in their April newsletter out today:

"The most significant contributor to returns in the month, CentralNic, is performing exceptionally well in this demanding time. Management recently stated that the effect of Covid-19 is likely to be immaterial since they provide business critical infrastructure in domain services. The recent Team Internet acquisition is performing ahead of budget given the increase in internet information searches. The business has high debt but with 90+% recurring revenues and strong cash conversion combined with a resilient model, we are confident the group can trade well through this period."

The buying in the last half hour has completely cleaned out the stock here. I can sell my entire holding online easily at a premium.

Whereas I can buy just 2 shares maximum. That's around 1.4p......:o))

I assume and hope that means the overhang has cleared. At some point this share will motor imo once the market latches on or there's news of another COVID-19 deep clean or decontamination contract.

Tamesis Partners retain their 100p price target, and conclude as follows:

"So overall a lot of things going right for the company that should continue to deliver reward for shareholders not least the gold price to which the company’s revenues are 90% exposed. If the company hits our forecasts for 2020 (and we see no reason to adjust at the moment) it will have increased revenue by 83% in the last five years and EBITDA by 323% (whilst increasing the EBITDA margin from 13% to 23%).

As such Capital Drilling continues to look extremely undervalued, the company is currently trading on a 2020E 2.2x EV/EBITDA and 7.9x P/E, falling to 2.1x and 5.5x respectively for 2022."

Good results bang on the mark as expected.

Trading nicely in line to the end of February. Since then a balance between increased demand for "many" of KWS' services due to the lockdown, plus "stronger demand from a fuller release schedule", against "some operational disruption" due to COVID-19.

Above all, demand for KWS' services is only going to grow, and the lockdown will accelerate that underlying trend.

Good to see the price recovering nicely.

With the current m/cap validated imo purely by the excellent Food Intolerance division profitability, CD4 and the allergy panel are in the price for free, let alone anything from CD4. With the seller around there will never be an easier opportunity to build a stake here.

A very nice 500,000 share buy at 46p has presumably caused today's rise.

The earlier trades at 0.745p and 0.74p were definitely all Buys, with sells going through at 0.7p and 0.71p.

Sellers are now getting 0.75p, and buyers are having to pay near the full 0.8p offer.

Continued buying coming in and the buying price has moved up swiftly - any shares online are now only available yo buy at 0.795p.

The seller is a pain - but with a mere £2.1m m/cap he won't last long before his stock runs out.

We should thank the seller, as he's the only reason that some of us have been able to get stock! Soon that will be impossible, especially if REAT announce another COVID-19 deep clean contract. A further NHS win would do the job nicely.

I see that Graham Neary has also updated on VLE recently (again subscriber-only - anyone got access?). VLE now comprises almost a quarter of his portfolio!

I've topped up with a few this morning. The buying price has gone up, and you can sell at least 1m shares online.

This is most unusual for a micro cap like this, and shows there's background demand.
