In my opinion the bod have had two chances to reply in good faith already, there was no need to demand the first action group letter be legally amended they know who these people are and have met a few.
This is were they have failed time and time again in any business (forget the science bit) sometimes you get one choice one time to make that choice even if it means you lose face cash job position whatever admit you were wrong and made the wrong choice, advice given to me many many years ago. It’s worked after 35 years in business myself I still abide that rule.
Others that haven’t I’ve seen fall by the wayside.
The science is good we’re told. But the gruesome twosome still won’t take any advice.... what’s the saying your never to old to learn.
We’re not going bust that’s another vile threat useless directors use.
