Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Say Cobra have 1 billion shares in issue by end of 2025 then sell for ÂŁ200m so 20p per share or is that way too optimistic!?
All depends on whether they can prove their ISR concept and it is scalable but if they can produce rare earths undercutting the Chinese then don’t see why the above is not feasible.
When will the market start to believe in the story though reflecting with sp growth rather than decrease then stagnation we’ve had to endure for the last 12-18 months!?
How about looking on Cobra website and through past RNS’s?
I think Trombones point might be you’re posting on a BB for a share you’re not even invested in?
Do you do the same with other shares you’re not invested in and in other industries, banking, mining, construction etc highlighting each shares competitors to other share holders on that BB?
Of course you’re perfectly entitled to post here just seems a bit odd and pointless when you’re not even invested.
Why do you care unless you’ve got nothing better to do with your time?
That’s the spirit Maidit, cocoon yourself in your own echo bubble and all will be fine!
I’ve been invested here for 9 months now and all I’ve experienced is unfulfilled promises and issue after issue after issue that each time has never generated anything positive other than cover operating costs which has mainly been directors salaries!!
How you can stay positive is beyond me. You should be calling for AB to do the honourable thing and step down from his position as he’s obviously not capable of generating share holder value running Red Rock Resources!
Seen as you seem to know everything there is to know about Red Rock Helpful obviously you knew this placing was coming yet for days leading up to it you have the audacity to keep posting here leading up to the placing?!
Disgraceful!!
Care to disclose your holding in Red Rock Maidit?
I remember News from when I held shares in SolGold. Check my posting history and you’ll be able to work out roughly when I sold out as I stopped posting on that board as I no longer hold shares in that company.
I only post on share BB’s that I hold shares in. You’ll see my other holding is in Cobra resources which is why I post there too!
Feel free to be open and transparent with your Red Rock holding to prove you have skin in the game?
Fair enough news. I do actually appreciate your posts as they are informative and relatively balanced/objective just surprises me your tenacity and posting frequency given how little shares you hold.
I’ve disclosed my holding in the past but just to confirm again I hold just over 2m shares in Red Rock currently massively down.
I’m sure there will be the rose tinted holders won’t believe that but hey ho that’s up to them.
For someone who holds a modest amount of Red Rock shares news you spend a LOT of time on this board!
It’s almost like you’re trying to drown out every other poster with totally unnecessary lengthy posts.
Why do you care about Red Rock so much?
Thanks for the article Trombone. I wonder what price Rupert has in mind to justify Cobra having re-rated as per Rupert’s comments?
Helpful, can you please let AB know the latest trend is granny trollies. Tell him to have a look on TikTok and tell him TDHOR, Chanel, Zara etc rolling (excuse the pun) out lots of new designs for Gen Z buyers.
Maybe he could speak to his Chinese contacts and get a good deal on manufacturing and production and have them launched by the end of next week to stay on trend!?
DYOR!!
Trying to compare Red Rock to SolGold is laughable news!
Red Rock needs the DRC money or it’s going bust unless someone is propping them up.
That’s the reality currently. You can talk up assets as much as you want Red Rock had £82k cash at last accounts.
It’s a joke both you and Helpful are trying to make out all is fine with Red Rock due to their assets!
How many days/weeks/months in past does it become to far to take into consideration?
News, what happens to any assets of a distressed seller? Do they usually get full value for those assets? More often than not they don’t, the buyer gets a bargain.
I’m also guessing you’re not a fan of using charts as future performance is heavily skewed towards what happened in the past?
All well and good news so why is Red Rock share price only 0.0575p!?
According to you it’s nothing to do with managerial incompetence? Or stating they’re going to do something then do the exact opposite so investors question the integrity of info being supplied to the market whether via RNS or reach RNS.
All AIM stocks are down therefore investors should just suck it up that gives AB an out for Red Rocks performance since he’s been at the helm?
I’ve still to read one criticism from you towards Red Rock. It’s like you’re joined at the hip with Helpful that Red Rock is in a good place which makes me extremely suspicious of your intentions despite the glaringly obvious struggles that Red Rock are having in terms of market cap, SP performance and as an operating company generally.
You can shout all you want about assets but if there’s no buyer for those assets they’re only worth how much something is willing to pay for them.
If no one is willing to pay for them how much are they worth?
FACT we’ve had no offer to date for any of those assets or JV’s on projects, FACT!!
We are a cash strapped company with the threat of massive dilution hanging over us unless AB pulls something out of the bag and quickly.
You weren’t invested here when we had the 5 Chinese buyer debacle that came to nothing or the about to start lithium production nonsense. I agree it’s pointless looking back years ago and comparing then to now but it’s naive not to acknowledge events only months ago to consider where the company might be in the near future and going on that performance alone AB deserves all the criticism aimed towards him.
All in my opinion obviously!
Insider definition - a person within a group or organization, especially someone privy to information unavailable to others.
Nothing to worry about, according to one insider Red Rock is in a “good place”!
What a misleading buffoon!!
Given the numpties that have suddenly shown an interest in Cobra, Comeoverhere for the ramp and now RachT for the de-ramp it’s probably a sign that Cobra is now successfully getting its message out.
Whether long term investors will benefit from that success I’m not so sure unless willing to trade the news.
RachT…
Is Pensana rare earths contained within hard rock or clays?
Open pit mining or using ISR?
Is the deposit/operation within a politically stable country?
Environmentally friendly means of production with little environmental impact for extraction?
Potential province scale?
Do they have a gold resource?
Do they hold potential IOCG deposits within their tenements?
Hopefully Cobra can convince and prove to the market that their strategy can be as much of a game changer for rare earths as it was for uranium when producers starting to implement ISR tech for uranium production.
Time will tell!
Oh well, that rise didn’t last long!
Guess the market is not quite convinced of the project yet. Hopefully that will change over the next few months but given the ADVFN post there’s obviously disgruntled investors/non believers following Cobra!
Biggest hurdle Cobra need to cross is visibility. The interview has only been viewed by 58 people!
Not sure what it’s going to take for the re-rate that long term investors have been hoping for.
Don’t get me wrong, todays news is great but if there’s minimum news flow over the next few weeks those invested today will get bored, sell up having a drag on the SP.
12-18 months should be a different picture!!
Bet you’ll be gone by tomorrow (here’s hoping anyway).
