The management have some serious background starting with John Teeling - Executive Chairman - 40 years’ experience as a resource entrepreneur, founded African Diamonds, Kenmare Resources and Arcon. Robert Bouquet – Director - 19 years’ experience in diamonds including with De Beers and Rio Tinto in strategic and commercial roles. James Finn – Finance Director - 25 years’ experience in exploration companies. David Horgan – Director – Extensive African resource experience. That alone has got to be a good investment in the back of these people, let alone we a doing a joint venture with Alorsa ( based in Russia and are seriously the best company in the market) Botswana Diamonds (BOD) has recently announced a JV with ALROSA; following an 18 month colloration as part of a technical cooperation agreement. ALROSA is the largest diamond producer in the world and accounts for 25% in the global diamond production in terms of value. In 2012 ALROSA's diamond production amounted to 34.5 million carats and rough diamond sales totalled USD 4,450.1 million. The aim has been to utilise the Alrosa’s technological expertise in order identify high potential targets from BOD’s extensive database. The partnership has dramatically increased the amount of early-stage exploration work that BOD is able to undertake and has resulted in an initial 13 target areas with an initial 12 licence applications submitted. Further targets are being generated also leading to further applications been submitted. One of the target areas is the highly propsective PL117 licence which holds AK10, a kimberlite discovered by BOD's predecessor, African Diamonds. BOD has signed a JV on this ground with Eversharp and plans to move quickly to a drilling programme. That's why I'm investing
