New Customer Win in Malaysia

RC365 Holding Plc ("RC365"), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, RCPAY Limited ("RCPAY"), continues to secure new business wins and has signed a Mastercard Prepaid Card Program Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Nobel Point SDN BHD ("Nobel Point"), a company registered in Malaysia.

RCPAY will issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to facilitate payments made by Nobel Point to Cardholders for the benefit of the Nobel Point. This is the first contract win for the Group in Malaysia and the Company expect to issue and manage Mastercard Prepaid Card services to 40 customers and 1,200 cardholders by 31 December 2024.
